Antique Edison Console Phonograph-original No.19 factory cabinet (Chippendale)
Up for bid is an antique Edison C-19 Official Laboratory Model P Diamond Disk conso le phonograph& cabinet which was passed along in my family& has the original finish with a deep mahogany color. I believe this was called the Chippendale model. Everything seems to work. The motor turns freely and the reproducer plays nicely. Speed control is fine, the muffle ball on the speaker moves in and out with the actuator on the record table, the crank winds up the motor nicely, and the record arm is lifted by the actuator on the record base. The front door opens and closes nicely and all of the slots for the record are intact with respective numbers. The cabinet is all original. The finish on the top cover appears to have been damaged. There is some damage to the veneer on the lower sides and various chips here& there. The front grill ... morehas veneer damage and appears fragile but can be removed& inserted in its slot without a problem. All the original tags are in place. I believe this phonograph is pretty complete. It would need some restoration but the mechanics appear to be sound. Please review the pictures to get a better idea of the condition. Zenith 1930s Antique Vintage Art Deco Tude Radio Console Chair Side Chairside
Here for your consideration is a 1930s Zenith chair side tube radio. It is in need of restoration. I do not know if it works. And I haven't plugged it in. At the very least, the radio has many great parts(dials, lens, etc. As you can see from the photos, some small areas of the wood veneer are missing and the last curved piece on the bottom is cracked in places shown by the red arrows. This is a high quality and rare item. It is ANTIQUE& Ultra Rare This is a"Lazy Susan Style" Rotating Crystal/Glass Bowl with heavy quality silver plated base. when you turn this it seems to glide with ease and without wobble or sticking like some do. This was made well- when my husband turn the bowl it was pleasantly surprised and said"It feels like it turns on Ball bearings" We both agreed the quality was extraordinary and will not disappoint anyone, this was made for a collector of fine dining and antiques. This Serving or Console Bowl is made by the IMPERIAL Glass co. in the 1930s. The base is ornate and hallmarked on the bottom with a Shield and crown stamp along with"C" S" on either side of the stamp. Measures: 12" wide top rim and 6.5" tall. very large. This is a rare bowl. I have spent ... moreample time researching this item as I do with all of our fine quality antiques. I found only 3 mentions total when searching the entire web. those listing were of the matching"flat" Lazy susan or cake plate. It seems the company made this as a flat lazy susan and rarely did they turn up the side during the molding process to make the bowl shape. I can't find another like it available anywhere. The flat cake plate is rare but this bowl is Ultra Rare. All 3 of the platters I found where all sold a long time ago on different sites and no longer available- only 1 of them still showed the price which was $250 + what ever they charged for shipping. Obviously this is collectible and the supply is limited to this 1 available online so if you want this piece or have the matching Cake plate don't miss it before its gone! The bowl does not have mold lines on the sides. It appears to high quality produced glass for this era. It is smooth and clear with a thick quality look to it. The sides of the bowl match well with Imperial's Candle wick pattern and it is believed to be intended for use with those pieces. There is a lovely ring of raised beads/dots along the bottom

Antique Stewart-Warner vintage tube radio in wood console restored and working
Up for auction is a 1937 Stewart-Warner antique tube radio model R-1485-A in a medium dark walnut console with vertical grill bars. Slightly slant front and a large multicolor dial with magic green eye in brass escutcheon. This is a 10 tube AM/SW/Police radio with four rotary controls for on/off/volume. Tone, band selector and tuning. Radio was fully recapped. Tubes tested and replaced as needed. New dial lights. Power cord with vintage plug, external antenna and a new bright magic eye tube were installed. Chassis was cleaned and controls lubricated. AM reception is good and clear. SW is not too strong(picks up late at night and may benefit from larger outside antenna) Not much activities on Police band. Cabinet was cleaned. Hand rubbed with Finish Restorer and coated with multiple layers of clear lacquer. Top was stripped. Sanded, re-strained ... moreand lacquered. There are some blemishes. Outside of the bowl is a deep Burgundy-Red color and inside is a mellow white. There are gold highlighted leaves applied all around the outside of the bowl. On the front there are applied white roses. Leaves and flowers also highlighted in gold. Rim is scalloped and crimped and the back of the bowl is higher than the front. Bowl measures 5 5/8" tall by 9" in diameter. There are shallow flakes, some chips and all over glaze crazing but it still displays beautifully. Circa 1890 Solid oak Hand carved No key Age separations to top Missing moulding on right side Sturdy Very good overall condition, This is a Victorian period antique carved console made from solid oak wood. It is a gorgeous piece of antique furniture that can be used in a variety of places within the home. This console would be an excellent piece for any area that you need a narrow depth piece. Such as behind a sofa or in a hallway. A common motif among carved oak Victorian furniture is“the hunt” This console is true to that ... moremotif with carved fish and fowl on the doors complimented by carved flora up the sides and drawers. The drawer handles are actually hand carved leaves. A truly unique and beautiful look. Both drawers function smoothly and were created with hand cut dovetailed joints. This is a sign of proper construction and age. The doors have a keyhole and there is a lock on the right door. But no key exists. There is no catch on the left door either. Despite this, both doors still remain shut when they are closed. Inside is one wooden shelf. It is removable but not adjustable. There is some minor wear on this console as you would expect from a Victorian era antique. This consists mainly of minor wear marks around the bottom moulding and feet. The top has sustained some age separations which are purely cosmetic and do not affect the structural integrity of the piece. You will also see on the right side. Near the top, that the moulding is missing from the small rectangle section. We have called this out in the pictures. Vintage Antique Zenith Automatic Console Floor Model Tube Radio
This is a vintage Zenith floor model tube radio. I think it is from the 40's. It was passed down to me from my parents. It is in really good condition. It stands about 39" tall. 29" wide and 14" deep. The right side has a door that opens to expose a panel of levers. The plate says Zenith Automatic Long Distance, Patented. See notice on back. On the center front the metal plate, which might be brass, says Zenith and the numbers 153901. Two knobs are underneath. One is the on/off switch and I do not know what the other does. The condition of the wooden case is very nice. It has a few scuffs on the top edge. The lower filigree that covers the speaker material has a break on the left side but could probably be glued. I recently attended an auction where a gentleman was selling his 40 plus year old collection of radios and a collection it was. I bought 3 floor models and 4 smaller radios. He made the statement before the auction that all of his radios were original or had original replacement parts. The only thing he said might not be was the ac cord and or some wiring on them where he had either worked on them or just seen the need to replace the wiring. Every one of his radios worked. This is a very nice half round console table made in England. This was made circa 1970 I would say it could be the original paintwork there are a few marks to the top nothing really bad just wear marks. It sits on rounds fluted legs with some carvings to the top. This style seems to be quite popular at the moment with the distressed french look. Measurements are 48 wide 24 deep 34 high.

Up for bids is this Antique Royal Vienna Style Figural Putti Porcelain Console Bowl. The bottom of this piece is signed with a hand painted underglaze blue beehive mark but this piece was not made by Royal Vienna. This piece was made right around the year 1900 by an Austrian or German porcelain factory. The bowl has a boat shape to it with handles. There are two putti's on each side with their arms open and decorated with the most exquisite hand painted flowers and applied flowers in purple. Magenta, blue, yellow, sage green with gold accents. Inside the bowl there are 3 sprays of flowers on one side. There are five feet on the bowl. This piece measures 11" in length, 5" in depth, and stands 7 1/2" in height. This piece is in great condition with just a few minor and hard to notice breaks to the applied flowers and there ... moreis a very tight 1" hairline to the back side and there is a small chip to the edge of that. This is a nice antique Victorian oak table base with claw feet. It would be perfect as a re-purposed console or hall table. It has a caster on the back which allows it to stand on it's own and has a plate on top with mounting bolts and bracket on the back. It measures 25 1/2" high x 16 1/2" deep x 33" wide across the legs. It is painted white, the legs are solid oak while the pedestal is veneer, there is a patch or repair to the veneer on the back which you can see in the pictures. English 1840 Antique Mahogany Small Chest or Console. This small chest or console was expertly reduced in size about 100 years ago from a larger chest or dresser. Originally hand made about 1840 in England. Mahogany wood is beautifully figured. The top is cut from a single shimmering plank. Drawers have hand dovetailed solid oak sides and later brass pulls are from about 1890. The old finish is very fine with warm antique patina and has been waxed and polished. So only an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth is needed to maintain the glowing luster. Size is 41" long. 12 1/2" deep and 26 1/2" tall. Antique Porcelain Console Bowl w/Man & Lady on White, Unmarked
Selling antique white porcelain console bowl that probably dates to the late 1800's/ early 1900's. It is 13.25" long by 8.25" wide and 2.25" high. The center of the bowl has a scene of a 1700's lady and gentleman in what appears to be a garden. The bowl is in good condition with no chips. Cracks, crazing or discoloration, however, the gold trim is nearly completely worn off. The colors in the center scene are vivid, not worn or faded. The piece is unmarked. Antique 3 Pc Royal Haeger Console Set Bowl Planter Candle Holders 22K Gold Tweed
This is a 3 piece console set made by Royal Haeger in 22 kt Gold Tweed. 3910 Candle Holders measure almost 5-1/2" tall. Bowl is 12" X 5-1/2" and stands 3-1/2" tall. One candle holder has a slit on the underside where it sits. The family that this came from said it has always been like that and is probably a factory flaw. No other damage noted.

This antique find is very likely from the Shanxi Province, an area renowned for its excellence in fine craftsmanship that is expressed through the exquisite aesthetic effect of the pure form of carpentry joined with fine painted lacquer work. The elm wood console shows fine carving on doors, side panels and drawers. See images for age related wear and tear. Some panels show splits in the wood; left hand bottom of right door shows a small area of(repairable) damage. I’m the second owner of this radio. I purchased it from the original owner and have the original order blank from Sears. Roebuck and Co. Cambridge, Mass. on 12/20/1938. I also have the Silvertone radio time table and log(6 page foldout) and the Parts list& instructions for installing& operating your Silvertone(10 page foldout) the radio station list shown in the picture consist of 4 sheets of stickers. Most of the documentation is paper foldout type and has separated at the folds. I’ve owned it since the mid 1960’s. I can also provide you with a short story how the couple I purchased this from changed my view as to when to vacation. The last time I used it was during the Persian Gulf conflict 1987-1988 to listen to what other countries were saying about it. It needs a new power cord and possibly other parts replaced.
