late 1920s viner tea coffee set and tray- this is the non bakelite handle set made prior to the 1930s- the name viner indicates it was made post 1925( when viner changed name from viener) Presentation set- each item is endorsed with the makers name and confirmed silver plate- very ornate and in beautifully preserved condition- claw feet and flame handles. The tray is 18 inches long with double fretwork one inch side tall edging finished in patterned overlay- the base is heavily pattern engraved with flowers and plumes. This is a rare 19th century wooden trunk in wonderful condition. This wooden trunk has a rich. Dark hue and is bound with iron straps. The rich patina and rivets attest to the age of the trunk. The hand forged handles on each end of the trunk are in perfect condition. The heavy iron hinges and latches are reminiscent of medieval iron pieces. The interior of the trunk is in very nice condition and features fine natural wood. This trunk is still in spectacular condition because it was built by skilled craftsmen. Up for sale is this beautiful antique industrial railroad factory cart with heavy duty cast iron wheels and hardware. This cart has be completely restored- great decor and very functional repurposed as a coffee table. It measures 48" long(53" to metal) by 25 1/2" wide and 15" tall. The distressed wood has lot of character which is all original. The wood was lightly sanded. Stained with Minwax"Cherry" then sealed with two coats of spar urethane. The cast iron wheels and hardware were pressure washed then painted with two coats of rustoleum black. Ask if you have any questions and thank you for looking. The wheels will be removed for shipping and will need to be reassembled(wrench/ratchet set needed)

If he made it, good for him, you won't find a better one, if someone else made it, they are at least as good as jelliff if not better. anyway, this is the real deal, it is not cut down, it is not a reproduction. most tables listed as coffee tables are cut down from a taller table. coffee tables for real are quite rare in antiques, this particular one is extremely rare. i have never seen another like it. you will not find another one like it nor will you find a better one. it is fabulous, center crests on sides and ends, corinthian capitals on the top of the legs supporting the table top frame. the marble top is very intricate, also original to the piece and in perfect condition with no cracks, chips, etc. the marble alone today would cost at ... moreleast 1000.00 to have cut scalloped and molded. the table has many great features, the burl walnut in the several panels makes it extremely attractive. it is very solid and free of any visible damage or repairs, there is some crazing in the burl but that is to be expected on a table that is 150 years old. the only tweaking i can see on the table is that a couple of the glue blocks have been replaced. it is a large one being 42 inches wide, 29.5 inches deep, and 21 inches tall. again, you can not find this table anywhere, it is in a league of it's own and is of nearly museum quality. it has been in my bedroom in front of a belter sofa for some time now, however, i just acquired a wonderful john henry belter bedroom set which is taking up quite a lot of additional space and this particular table needs to go somewhere else, problem is i do not have any room for it anywhere else so i have decided to sell it. a very very nice table. you make pick it up at my home or it can be shipped at buyer's expense. good luck.

For sale is an antique oval coffee table made between 1875 and 1885 by Victorian out of genuine solid mahogany and Italian marble. One side of the wood has a scratch on it. But the other side is in excellent shape(see pictures) Since it's the same design on both sides, just turn the scratch towards a wall and it will look amazing! The marble is also in amazing shape and is not chipped, cracked or dented. Dimensions are 34 inches(almost 3 feet) long by 18 inches(1.5 feet) high. This table has an incredible amount of history behind it. Imagine Little House on the Prairie days. This table would have been the centerpiece in a luxury house of someone wealthy.
