This lovely repurposed coat or towel ... morerack is Mahogany wood which has been painted and heavily distressed for a chippy, shabby, French Country look. The color is a lovely French blue which has been layered with an over glaze of white(whitewashed) to give the headboard a very soft blue finish. The beveled edge trim and the large center medallion have been painted white and also heavily distressed. There are four double coat/towel hangers attached to the lower section of the footboard. These are in an antiqued brass finish with a little silver tone in them as well. This is a gorgeous and large wall piece which is as functional as it is beautiful.
