Old Eagle Rare Bourbon Wooden Clock, Not Working, Needs New Clock Movement
This is a nice old Eagle Rare Bourbon clock. It is not working but it just needs to have a new clock movement installed. See pictures 6 and 7. This clock is made of wood in an odd upside down drawer shape so I guess it was made to lay up on a shelf and have bottles stacked on it. It measures approximately 15-1/2 inches long by 9-3/8 inches wide at front and 2-7/8 inches tall. I am unsure of the age but I believe that we have had this piece about 25 years or more and it was not new when we got it. Please email me with any questions. I do not ship internationally. Featuring a picture of Curly Jim, once Chief of the Spokane tribe(he lived from 1842-1917) This 1889-1939 Golden Jubilee Celebration was held August 1 to 5, 1939 in Spokane, Washington. On the back it states: 5 cents can be redeemed for face value in coin at celebration headquarters until noon Aug. 4th, 1939. The wooden nickel measures 2.5 inches in diameter. It is very thin. Very good condition, except there is a bit of a smudge around the"e" in"Spokane" please see photo. Also, it does not lie down completely; there's a bit of a tilt. again, please see photo. Vintage Hand-Painted Covered Wooden Cheese Box Sewing Box
For your bidding consideration: A very nice large Vintage Hand-Painted Covered Wooden Cheese Box Sewing Box in excellent vintage condition. The box is made from a pinewood and a couple of large pine knots show through on the top lid. But this does not detract. The fabric lining is firmly attached in all areas and the box is strong and sound. This is a somewhat heavy box, fully calico fabric-lined, including the inside of the lid, which is also somewhat padded with the same fabric. The inside has been converted to a sewing storage box, complete with many spindles for the storage of spools of thread(and including many spools of threads of various colors) also a fabric and rick-rack covered egg. The colors of the fabric lining are still vibrant inside, but faded somewhat on the trim which surrounds the lid of the box. The hand-painted top depicts ... morea basket of flowers in shades of salmon pink. Green and browns. The painting is still clearly visible. This is a large box and would be useful as well as attractive for many types of storage. Or stacked with other boxes for decorative appeal. The box measures 15" across and is 5 1/2" high. Here is a very nice vintage. 1970/71, Evette Schaeffer Buffet Crampon wooden clarinet made in France. The wood looks to be in great shape. I did not notice any cracks. The serial number(matching) is K23706. I was TOLD this was an"E 13" type or model clarinet as well. The finish is good with a little wear. I would recommend new pads, as I have no idea hold old the existing ones are. The mouthpiece is unmarked and does have wear. I'm including it, but you will probably want to get your own.
