Vintage Viking Art Glass Kellogg Rooster Epic Line Green 1960s
I always hesitate to use the word"mint" when it comes to anything pre-owned. But this piece is as mint as mint gets. The only thing worth mentioning is a very tiny rough area on one side which was no doubt part of the manufacturing process. The rooster. Made by Viking in the 1960s as a replica of the Kellogg's cereal Rooster, stands about 9-5/8" tall and is about 4-3/4" wide at the widest point. These roosters were made in several different colors and I have seen the green ones described as"avocado" I don't know if they were made in two different shades of green as this one looks more like an emerald green to me but that is only my opinion. They are very collectible and reasonably easy to find at the present time but are becoming more scarce. This is an estate piece and is being sold as is. Vintage Danish Style Viking Wood Figuring Letter Organizer
This listing contains an adorable vintage desktop letter organizer measuring approx. 5" long. 2.5" wide, and 5" tall. The Viking/Sailor figurine is approx. 4" tall. He is is smoking a pipe and has rope hands that extend around his back. This item is in very good vintage condition. The wood block base shows little sign of wear. Only some slight fraying on the edges; the felt base on the bottom is green in color, and in good condition. The figuring contains some very slight damage on his nose, but I personally think this gives him more character. There is no manufacturer sticker on the bottom of this item. Based on my research. I believe this piece was manufactured in Japan in the mid to late 1960s, and is heavily influenced by prominent Danish artists of that period. Such as Hans Bolling and Kay Bojesen. Large all metal model of a Norse Viking ship mounted to a tiered wooden plinth. This vintage Viking ship stands almost 12" tall by 10.5" long and 4.5" wide. And weighs over 2 lbs. It is cast in metal with wire rigging, a large billowing metal sail, ornamental detail on the front Dragon head and rear curling tail, as well as on the round shields that line both sides of the deck. VTG VIKING AMBERINA AMBER RUBY GLASS LARGE STEMMED GOBLET COMPOTE - FABULOUS!
This is a vintage. Large stemmed goblet(or compote) that was made by the Viking Glass Company of beautiful amberina glass. Starting with a ruby red color at the rim, it transforms to a rich golden amber by the time it reaches the stem and that flows to the base where a bit of red reappears. This goblet is a bit larger than most. It stands 8" high and is 4 3/4" in diameter at the rim. The base is just over 4" across. It's in excellent(albeit, not quite perfect) condition and is just a gorgeous piece. You will be completely satisfied, or we will gladly refund your money. With us, you can buy with confidence. Vintage Large 8 1/2" Viking Persimmon Ashtray This is a vintage large ash tray from Viking Glass Co. People commonly call the color amberina or orange but I believe Viking called it persimmon. Amazing style. Shape and color straight out of the 1960's. Perfect for your"Mad Men" retro decor. I love this ashtray and I never smoked! Details: This absolutely fabulous vintage ashtray is substantial to the touch- it will not blow over if used outdoors. Beautiful ribbed design with scalloped edges. 3Vt Birds-Handcraved wood & Avon & Viking Glass Blown Glass bird Figurine Bird
I have 3 Vintage birds up for one money. They Are from the 70's Do not know which one suits your fancy. But they are all nice! The Viking Art Deco 70's blown glass bird is my favorite. It stands 10 1/4" tall by 2 1/2" at the base No defects of any kind The Hand carved bird has nice wood grains to it Could use a fresh coats of some kind of oil to make it shine. It stands 4 3/4" tall by 2 1/2" at the base The 3rd bird is Avon. Parakeet I believe It was filled with charisma cologne. But is empty 5" tall from the 70's also Insurance is required(I included this in $3 handling charge) Because of the long tail I will pack carefully. But you never can be sure.
