Signed“B&H” and“9515” on the front legs. Patent number embossed on the front of the upper flat plate. This pair of“fire dogs” are constructed of heavy wrought and cast iron and are well-used. They appear to have been painted black and are quite attractive with an open architectural design that will show up nicely when used in the fireplace.
