Stickley ? Mission Quartered Oak Settle - Huge 21-slat 76" - Pinned Arts Crafts
Stickley? Harden? Roycroft? Gunn? Fresh from the garage of a State College. Pa home comes this massive Arts and Crafts Mission Settle. Measures a whopping 76" long, 30" deep and 39" high. Unbelievable 21 slats, each 4" wide! I cannot find any maker's marks. Solid, quartersawn tiger oak. Posts measure 3.5" square. Very substantial. No seat. The tops of the front two posts have what look like hammer marks. All four posts are pinned top and bottom. Posts also have one copper band around the top and two copper bands at the feet.Very unique. Built like a tank! THIS ITEM IS AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP ONLY. VTG Arts & Crafts Mission Oak Craftsman Plant / Lamp Stand Stickley Limbert Era
This is a lovely antique oak plant/ lamp/ telephone stand/ whatnot shelf from the Arts and Crafts/ Mission/ Craftsman Era- very reminiscent of Limbert and Stickley pieces. The only marking on the stand is the number 3. Wood has an absolutely amazing patina. Stand features one small drawer with an white enamel handle(I do not believe that this handle is original to the piece) Wooden peg fittings and is in excellent condition. The only flaw noted is a very small split in the wood in the upper left corner of the drawer front(there is no wood actually missing) this is only noticeable upon close inspection. All else is wonderful. Extremely solid construction and no stains etc. Measurements are: 27 3/8 total height; top is 6 3/4" square x 3 7/16" tall; drawer measures 4 7/8" long x 4 9/16" wide x 2 5/16" deep. Antique stickley era arts and crafts table lamp slag glass mission style
For sale is a nice metal arts and crafts style lamp with slag glass shade. Nice glass in the shade. Looks great when lit. I'm not sure if the lower panels of glass are original or not, they look good and could possibly be original. The lamp has been rewired and is ready for safe use in your home. The shade has a little slight bending on the bottom edge of one side but it doesn't effect the shade at all. And there are 2 screws that were replaced to hold the shade holder to the base. Again, this doesn't effect the lamp, but I wanted to mention it for accuracy. The lamp stands 21" tall, and the shade is 12" x 12" Flat rate shipping will be $35 to the lower 48 states. Stylized dragonflies repearting 4 times around the body and mouth of the vase, marked Van Briggle in squared lettering. The frog is very heavy and shows the Van Briggle mark on the inside of the bottom. The mold is strong and crisp- this is a fabulous example. Condition notes: No chips. Offered for your consideration are a very rare and nice elegant form and style early 1900’s most likely 1910 Mission Oak Arts& Crafts Table Lamp. With double light sockets and a single pull chain. It has a total of 72 brass rivets and is beautifully constructed out of solid Oak Wood with a great original patina. It has four(4) panels of dark root beer colored textures glass that’s frame into place. It also comes with what maybe the original nylon wiring and plug in. It is a solid lamp very tight wood construction. Unsigned Condition: The oak wood is superb and 100% original patina. Each original panel of glass has a crack. 3 with a single crack and 1 with two cracks which is very difficult to notice due to the darkness of the glass, the glass is quite safe being ... morethat it is framed in between wood and barely move or shift. The glass can be replaced if one desire too. The glass will be tape with a non glue adhesive painters tape for a total safe shipping and easy to remove tape. Old Early and Heavy Stickley Onondaga Library Table No. 397
Recently found here in Maine. A scarce early and heavy L. J.G. Stickley Onondaga single drawer library table- model 397. Circa 1902- 1904. Measures 28" x 40" x 29"H. Thick heavy legs and thick slab top. Overall quite good. Solid& tight condition but with some issues. Finish is not original; a prominent water stain on top which will need to be bleached or sanded out and several other lesser stains; slight warp to top; some isolated scratches and tiny wood chips. This is a scarce early table that seldom appears on the market. Local pickup only but I might be able to help in arranging shipment. No PAYPAL BECAUSE OF LOCAL PICKUP. Large Scale Oak Floor Lamp w/ Leaded Glass Shade Hubbell Limbert Stickley Era
Large scale quarter sawn Oak floor lamp with a geometric leaded glass shade attributed to Duffner& Kimberly. Assembled fixture measures 77" tall. Shade measures 20" square and 12" tall. THe base measures 12" square and rests on four simple feet. The body features a warm finish on the tiger striped quarter sawn Oak. There are a few dings along the corners of the center pole. I will gladly provide images. But there was not enough room in this original listing. Perched atop the Oak center body is a cluster of four Harvey Hubbell INC pull chain sockets. Each pull chain measures 8 1/2" long and retains the original acorn shaped pull. The latest patent date on each socket shell is Oct 18 08. The brass components also retain a uniform finish. Shade features brass plated came and is extremely heavy. The shade fits the ... moremount on top of the lamp perfectly. They appear to be an original set and not a marriage. The two piece heat cap has a fitter soldered to the underside that mates up with the fitter on top of the shade and holds it securely in place. I will gladly provide images of this detail as well. I was able to locate 5 cracked panels on the shade. 2 are in the bottom green border on opposite side of the lamp and are shown in images 10& 11. The other 3 cracked panels are on a third side in the bottom row of caramel slag. They can be seen in images 8 and 9. Plug end is marked Hubbell as well. Cord was on the lamp when I purchased it and it did not need replacing. Cardboard socket insulators were replaced. Mica interiors remain intact. This fixture was definitely fabricated by a top of the line manufacturer at the beginning of the 20th century. This lamp was purchased in Michigan 15 years ago. I was unable to find any maker's mark or label on the shade or base. Wonderful addition to any collection. Additional pictures and measurements available upon request. Nice original arts and crafts era table lamp attributed to Pittsburgh. The shade and base have the same design motif and are undoubtedly original to one another. The lamp appears to retain it's original surface on the shade and base. I do not know if the glass is original or not. It appears to be original, but it has been siliconed, or puttyed in. Please see pics. The cord is in good working order and was being used up until the other day when I decided to sell it. Nice medium size table lamp approx 24" tall, with an approx 18" shade. There is one separation in the top of the shade, as pictured. It could easily be soldered back, or left alone. The shade does not feel compromised and is still stable. Two mission chairs. I believe they are oak since most are but they were painted so not 100% sure. I was going to refinish them but do not have time. So a good opportunity. Height is 37 1/8" Height of Arm Rest 25 1/8" Width 27 3/4" Depth ~24" This is for local pickup in Roxbury NJ or for a slight fee in Hammondsport NY or somewhere else for a reasonable fee. Signed, Gustav Stickley Drop Front Desk, Circa 1905-1912
Beautiful signed Gustav Stickley Drop Front Desk from 1905-1912. The desk is made of quarter sawn oak with an excellent original finish. The piece has excellent. Bulky form with 3 drawers under the drop front and many interior dividers for papers. It sits on original casters and features excellent hammered iron pulls with their original patina. The piece is sturdy and strong. It is signed with an early red decal inside one drawer and has the remnants of a paper label on the back. This is a very nice piece and would look very nice in a craftsman style home or make a very nice decorative piece. There is a moisture ring on the top and the ink stain on inside of the drop front that do not detract from the beauty but show its age, character, and use throughout the years. Some of the oak pieces are stamped with numbers, I've talked to experts ... morein the field and they tell me it was common for Gustav Stickley to number the wood pieces to simplify the construction process. I've included a picture of one of these stamped numbers. All the stampings are in inconspicuous places, such as underneath the bottom lip of the drawers. Please see the pictures for more details. Excellent. Small, Quaint Furniture by Stickley Bros. rocker. Made of beautiful quarter sawn Oak with matched wood grains. Shaped, wooden seat. Excellent wood construction. Chair is illustrated in Quaint Furniture, by Peter and Janet Copeland. The old catalog identifies this chair as# 326. This chair is 32" tall. Seat is 15" x 17" and seat is 14" high. There is a very fine"Quaint Furniture Company" metal tag on the bottom of the seat. Condition is wonderful. I believe the chair has original finish. A medium tone stain over the gorgeous quarter-sawn oak. No damage. Signs of only light use. Item is 100 years old and wood and finish is commensurate with age. It's a great piece. Stickley or Stickley type large mission bench
Here is a nice old bench from a South Jersey dentist's office. Approximate overall dimensions are 84" long. 31" deep, 36 1/2" high. I am not into old furniture so please don't ask any technical questions. Several people have told me it looks like a Stickley but I can't verify that and I found no maker's marks. Structurally excellent, cosmetically good, cushion was recovered more than 35 years ago. I have taken many naps on this bench over the past 35 years and can attest to its comfort factor! Dining or Kitchen Set - Stickley - Drop Leaf Table & 4 Chairs - Cherry - 1950's
Vintage Furniture: Dining or Kitchen Set- Stickley- Drop Leaf Table& 4 Chairs- Solid Cherry- 1950's. This beautiful group was made by Stickley in the 1950's. It is all cherry. It’s a 5 piece set with a table and 4 chairs. Which can be used as a kitchen or dining room set. More information about each of these is included below. They are marked"Stickley- Fayetteville- Syracuse" I purchased the set from an antique store about 15 years ago and it cost about $3,000 back then(which is a lot more in today’s dollars) The only reason I am selling is that we are redecorating after moving to a new house and need something completely different. It was in very nice shape when we acquired it. And we treated everything well over the years, so there is probably less normal wear than usual for it’s age. Never-the-less, some signs of ... moreage and use are unavoidable, as described below. The main condition issue, however, is some recent damage from the movers(see below) I absolutely would have had it repaired except for the redecorating previously mentioned. Instead, I’ll just price the set on the low side and let the new owner take care of things as they wish. I can’t really ship this due to size and weight. But you can pick it up in Bean Station, Tennessee(less than 1 hour NE of Knoxville and 1 hour from the Smoky Mountains. a nice place to visit if you haven’t been here! If you change your mind when you see it there’s no obligation, of course. Here are more details: Dining Table- The table is rectangular with curved corners. It measures 60" 5' in length and 30" tall. It measures 48" 4' in width with both leaves up. Each side of the table has a 15" wide drop leaf that folds down. There are 2 flip out wings underneath each leaf to support it. Which fold out of the way when dropping the leaf. The table is 33" wide with one leaf down, and only 18" wide with both leaves down. There is a storage drawer at each end of the table that is built to match the angles of the table frame.

NICE ANTIQUE ARTS& CRAFTS ARMCHAIR UPHOLSTERED QUARTERSAWN OAK. STICKLEY? HARDEN? When I first collected this elegant Mission-esque Arts& Crafts Era armchair. It was thought to be by L& JG Stickley. I've since come to believe it's by Harden, from their'Wavy Arm' range. This one has a very nice sculpted. Curvaceous quality to the otherwise generally straight-lined Arts& Crafts style. It's made of the wonderful old quartersawn tiger-oak, nicely sculpted& well-constructed with mortise& tenon joinery, with thru-tenons, slatted back, rich fumed finish and other stylistic and design touches coveted by the Arts& Crafts makers of fine oak furniture of the period. The cushion appears to have been reupholstered. The wood seems in remarkably good shape. Finish has the age-appropriate rubbing& character' ... moreof a piece used for over 100 years. But for its age quite excellent to my eye. In fact I prefer antiques to have a bit of a'lived in' quality. Joints seem tight& sound. Measures about 40" high. 27" wide& 23" deep. A well-made. Beautifully designed example of excellent American Arts& Crafts oak. Regarding Shipping: This will likely ship UPS. We're putting in the freight calculator since the eBay shipping calculator is so unpredictable on larger items. But if you need this shipped. Antique arts & crafts table lamp slag glass mission style wb brown stickley era
Nice arts and crafts table lamp with slag glass shade. Glass is new and the lamp has been rewired using cloth cord. Vintage socket, and vintage plug. Overall very good condition on this table lamp with a small piece missing on one arm, as pictured. There are also a couple tack nails in the base as pictured. The shade looks like it was maybe re-glued at some point and does have some nicks and dings to it, but nothing too detracting. Gives off a great glow when lit. RARE 1901 Gustave Stickley Workshop Memorial Plaque President William McKinley
This is an Ultra Rare Memorial Plaque of President William McKinley Commissioned by Gustav Stickley in 1901 and Designed and cast by Edwin C. Kruger copyright 1901 at the Stickley Workshop. The Cast Iron Plaque is 16.5 inches in diameter and in Very Good condition with only light rust on its reverse which I have just used a brass brush to remove. Ultra Rare because the only mention of the plaque is in a 2010 Sotheby's Auction where in its Stickley Frame it sold for $8.750. A photo of it in its Stickley Frame is included. No other works or castings by Edwin C. Kruger are known. He must have been part of the Craftsman Workshops of Gustav Stickley. Impossible to find another add this to your collection. Shipping $35.00. I will be listing a variety of nice estate-fresh Antique and Vintage Items this week. Here is a nice ANTIQUE ARTS& CRAFTS TIGER OAK HUMIDOR with great HAMMERED BRASS HINGES AND FINGER PULL HARDWARE. Has brass maker's label on inside"THE JEWETT HUMIDOR. BUFFALO. N.Y. Humidor is 11-1/2"L x 9"W x 6-3/4"H. It has porcelain-coated metal lining on the interior. Lovely tiger oak which has a coat of varnish on it. But nice color to wood with a couple of stain rings on the top lid. The brass chain for holding door open may be a replacement, but nice chain and does the job. The insulated porcelain panel on inside of lid does not sit flush against the inside of base but is 1/8" to 1/4" smaller than inside of base rim. I know very little about humidors myself, so don't know if originally made that way or not. ... moreThe lid is very slightly bowed at the end so lid doesn't quite sit flush on base at the pull end.
