Antique reproduction Stickley ottoman
Offered for sale is a reproduction of an ottoman made by the L. and J.G. Stickley furniture company during the 1910's. It was reproduced by a woodworker in 1998 using the original ottoman as a guide. It is made of white oak with a brown leather sling held in place with large brass upholstery nails.

STICKLEY ERA MISSION OAK ARTS & CRAFTS V-BACK SIDE CHAIR Leather seat
Stickley-style V-Back side chair with five vertical back slats topped by V-shaped crest rail. Leather seat shows its age but has no tears. All the tacks are there. Solid oak construction. No veneer. One of the front legs has a chip of wood gone from the top outside corner(see pictures) Worn finish looks original; the crest rail is lighter in color from usage or cleaning. Looks like it had metal feet. But only the little holes remain now. No breaks or splits anywhere—this is one solid chair! It would look fabulous with your oak library table or desk. Or as part of a set in the dining room. Antique Stool, Arts & Crafts, Mission Flared Feet, Stickley-Roycroft-Maybeck Era
Heavy. Beautifully grained oak stool or seat is all original, a real Arts and Crafts mission piece of furnitiure. Note the gorgeous diamond points on the corners. Like many Stickley pieces I've seen. The rush seat could be made of grass fibers or some type of hemp rope, I'm not sure. It was pushed downward at some point in time, but I pushed it back into place. As you can see in the photos, there are areas of the weave that have had the stain scraped off, and several breaks in the weave also, probably by whatever heavy object was placed on it that caused it to push downward in the center. I've found only one similar piece. A small chair designed by BR Maybeck for the Swedenborgian Church of San Francisco, 1896.this piece is pictured on page 57 of American Arts& Crafts, Virtue in Design, by LG Bowman. It also features the same ... moreslightly flared(Mackmurdo) feet. Many Mission design studios copied this style, most notably Roycroft, the Stickleys and Limbert. 1920's Signed Stickley Arts and Crafts/Mission Oak Side Chair
I picked this up from one of my favorite auction houses very nearby in the Springfield area and going to try starting it at nothing so it is a real auction and to have fun. But I had to pay for it too. Please bid fairly and I got more good stuff. This is nice and as pictured signed Stickley. It measures about 36' tall x 18 1/2" wide x 18 1/2" deep and the seat is about 18 1/2" high. I tried to picture it well to both show it off a bit and answer some questions. I also tried to price it for good value in hopes of another happy customer and a quick sale so I can go find more stuff. Antique Mission Stickley/ Roycroft style alarm clock in as found as shown original condition. Mantel/ shelf. No marks on this other then the patent dates. Could possibly be Westclox? Last patent date. February, 1908. Clock is either brass or brass plated copper. Clock works but the hands do not advance, you can move them. The alarm side has no spring so it is not working. Dial numbers are cut out and backed by a green plastic type backing. Approximate size, 6" tall, 4" wide and 2 1/2" deep. Clock is sold as not working. This beautiful Mission Arts and Crafts era Oak Slag Glass Lamp stands about 22" tall and is about 11 3/4" across. I have owned this for about 30 years. And the electrical worked until recently. It can easily be replaced, but I wanted to sell it in as pristine condition as possible. A couple of the smaller slag glass pieces are loose, you can hear them clink a little when you move it, but all are in excellent condition. What a beautiful piece of furniture. Made by Stickley and sold at Hathaway's in NY CITY. Yes the same family as"Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway" and because of this metal tag dates to around the 1920s. You will not believe the condition, all 100% original, is as tight as the day it was made, not repairs, broken or replaced parts. This piece has never been refinsihed, its original warms brown color will go with anything.The arms have these Shaker like,large mushroom caps at the front of the arms, the splats along the back are very comfortable against the back. The under spring structure is of the highest quality as one can imagine from the Stickley Co. The padded fabric covering the spring structure is also in great shape. Purchased this Gustav Stickley Mantle Clock twenty years ago. It is in very good condition however. The clock mechanism is not working and we prefer to sell it to a buyer who will repair the clock functioning mechanism since the clock itself is in great condition. It is battery powered(AA battery) and we have not taken the time to take it to a repair shop to find out why it stopped running. Measures 13.75" H x 8.5" W x 4.5" Deep. Up for bids is this 1920's excellent all original including the nice dark finish Quaint Bros Stickley Bros Company form Grand Rapids Michigan Morris chair. This chair very tight and does not need any repair except one of the nail covers on the back is missing(see pic) The finish is dark but worn and there are a few large nicks to the wood. The cushion may be original as it is very heavy with what seems to be springs inside. I believe it is vinyl. Not leather. VTG MISSION ARTS & CRAFTS STICKLEY ERA COPPER PORCH sconce LIGHT for RESTORATION
Here for your consideration is a strange but beautifully styled and interestingly detailed vintage Stickley era copper Mission. Arts and Crafts outdoor porch sconce lamp that dates back to the 1920's. It was formed in the shape of a stylized flower and has a fairytale quality to it. The item is 10" tall and the outmost part of the rim is 8" from the wall. The 4 1/2" diameter round backing plate has a 3/8" diameter hole for mounting it to a shallow wall box or stub from the wall(neither are included) I did not test the socket. Being sold as is.The little dents in the thin ruffled edge of the shade can be forced back into place easily as that part of the shade is quite thin. This item could be improved dramatically by a scraping and re painting. Please note:This fixture once had a protective shade for the bulb. Inside ... morethe thin punctured sleeve there are tabs the glass slid into and there is one tab that on the bottom edge that would be bent up to hold the glass up. An exactly 4" diameter glass piece would fit into it or one could bend flexible plastic or layers of mylar in that shape or have it without that protection if it is used indoors or on a deep porch. Vintage Arts Crafts L&JG Stickley Leather Footstool#391 I purchased this L& JG Stickley footstool in the mid-eighties from a local Pasadena antique dealer specializing in Arts and Crafts. The footstool is signed on the inside stretcher with the 1907 L& JG Stickley Handcraft wood clamp mark. It measures 18” high and 19” wide. The leather is original and has many rough spots and tear on one edge. Prior to my purchasing the stool there was a fabric overlay and the holes are still present on the side. Gustav Stickley Rare And Original 804 Sideboard
This is a very rare Gustav Stickley 804 sideboard in exceptional original ebonized finish. The hardware has its original patina with no signs of cleaning. This sideboard is only seen in the 1904 catalogue D and has the large 1904 red decal on the back. This year was a transitional year for Stickley and the only year Harvey Ellis worked for Gustav. It is interesting in that it is made of heavy thick quarter sawn oak(the sides are 1.2 inch thick) and large hammered copper pulls as only early Stickley pieces. Yet has softer features of Harvey Ellis with the cloud lift on the bottom and curved features of the sides. It is 54 inches wide and 22.5 deep and 42 inches tall. This is in excellent original condition with expected insignificant small nicks and scratches. There are no repairs. There is a small chip off the lower drawer as pictured. There ... moreis slight seem separation to the left side and very slight to the top. There is a single dark ring on the top which cannot be seen unless you look hard and cannot be captured by photo. These do not detract at all from the piece but I bring up for completeness. I am offering this only for a very short time from my personal collection as there is another sideboard that matches the rest of my dining room coming up at auction. The ebonized finish makes this even more rare and desirable but doesn't match my other pieces. Email me and I can answer any questions by email or phone if you leave me your number. Minor dings and marks.typical of 100 year old tray. Repatinated. Signed w/ impressed mark on outside of raised edge in between one of the handles. Heavy gauge tray.weighs 2 lbs. 6 oz. Riveted handles. Design features a panelized design that encompasses almost all of the flat surface of the center of the tray. There are four peacocks at the corners. Great little art crafts shop enameled tray with hearts and vine decoration. Very good condition with only 2 small chips to the enamel. Fantastic design to the enameling with nice color. The tray is signed. Looks like there is tape or glue residue present on the back side over the signature. I did not try to remove. Tray measures approx 5 3/4" in diameter. Original patina. Vintage Robert Jarvie arts and craft brass candle holder. Vintage early 20th century spun and patinated brass. This is the Alpha holder measuring 11" tall by 5" wide at the base. In decent vintage condition with some marks on the edge of the base. Patinated finish which looks to be original. Has some oxidation spotting where the stem meets the base. stickley brothers sewing rocker
Offered is: Stickley Bros. Co. sewing or child's rocker. Well constructed from quarter sawn oak. This was a restoration project I have not gotten to finish and it's time to downsize. This piece stands 30 1/2 inches tall, approx 14 1/2 inches tall at the seat, and approx. 26 inches at the rocker base. The rocker has the original seat cushion with brown leather covering and a warm age patina. It appears that there was some sort of back cushion incorporated into a rectangular shaped area above the seat, but this is no longer present. Although this is a piece in need of restoration, it is still sturdy and representative of bygone craftsmanship. The piece is signed with a partial remaining Stickley Bros Co. early paper tag, please see photos of existing tag and example of complete tag) but no model number is present. stickley brothers oversized lamp table
Offered is: Stickley Brothers Co. oversized lamp table from the Arts and Crafts period. This lovely piece stands 30 inches tall and is 40 inches across. Made from quarter sawn oak. Legs are pegged and have through tenons, a very nice looking table from a time when furniture was built to last for generations. Overall a quality example of craftsmanship from a bygone era. The table is signed with a brass Stickley Bros. Co. Quaint Furniture" tag, but I cannot find a marked model number. This piece does show nice age patina, but there are some old scratches and stains on the table top and some flaking of the wood on the legs. Still sturdy due to excellent construction, this would make a great addition to an Arts and Crafts collection. This piece is sold"AS IS" so please ask any questions before bidding.
