This is believed to be the original fabric on the chairs.we removed over 5 layers of fabric and the last 2 layers were tacked on. The fabric shows minimal wear and needs a good cleaning. But we wanted to leave in its original comdition and let the new owner make that call. this set was a one owner set and we bought this from an estate sale. Table is 31in H x 38in W x 60inL(86inL with leaves) The set is almost flawless. All drawers and cabinets open with ease, no noise etc. The chairs are all in great shape except the Captains chair once had a small fracture in the back side of the arm about 2 inches, which has been fixed. On the table the center has a layer of veneer on it and it has a small 1-2 inch raised lip on the outside edge. Everything else is made of solid Oak. We will consider reasonable offers. Pick up only.

I have included a lot of pictures because this sample book is in rough condition. It is VERY OLD& it's dirty! I have not attempted to clean it whatsoever. I will leave that up to the buyer. I think that the samples themselves could be cleaned up quite nicely with an upholstery cleaner. The metal binding& the staples that affix the little tags to each sample are rusty. Therefore there are rust marks/stains on the fabric throughout the book. Condition of samples: there are some rough spots, stains, and some of the outer stitching is coming apart on a few. Condition: Used Location: BATH, United Kingdom This is a 66" long walnut triple dresser made by the Davis cabinet co. It is used but definitely not abused. It has a few spots that could be touched ... moreup but nothing bad. There are no chunks of wood missing, there are bad scratches on the inside of the door which are obviously not visible when shut. The drawers all function and the handles are all in good shape. The top has a 1/4 piece of glass cut to align perfectly. I also have the mirror that attaches to the back, there are metal brackets on the back of the mirror frame. I have never attached the mirror but I assume all the parts are there. If you'd like to see more pics please feel free to ask for specific shots. I would prefer for this to be picked up locally, however if you assume all costs and can arrange the shipping that would work as well.
