It does have the original tray, as well as one main, large compartment. It has lovely carved applyed detail on the front, and the original hardware is intact. It does have some light surface scratches and wear from general use, but no major damage or gouges. The top has a lot of water stains on it, and the finish is a bit faded in this area as well.
