Vintage Chimney Sweep pattern cotton quilt top with lots of pink
Pretty mainly pink cotton quilt top in Chimney Sweep or Christian Cross pattern with some great 1930's prints It is in very good condition- never used or laundered with just one faint spot shown in photo. It's in a block right at the edge of the quilt top. It measures 53 1/2 x 76" but comes with another row of blocks matching but so far not attached to the quilt top. When you do so the top will measure 53 1/2 x 85" White squares will give you plenty of space to show off some fancy quilting. The white squares are feedsack cotton. Quilt top was machine stitched. Stunning beautiful applique flower bouquet quilt top hand stitched lots of pink
Real show stopper of a quilt top here. It is elaborately appliqued in flower bouquets with bows. Lots of great 1930's cottons. Came from an Iowa estate auction. It measures 70 1/2 x 86 inches and has never been used or laundered. Fabric sturdy and strong. Applique work was all done by hand and quite nicely so. Some of the borders were added by machine and some by hand. Corners are neatly mitered. Note single star flowers appliqued in quilt border. Center flower bouquets are elaborately appliqued and embroidered as well. All was done by a very skilled hand. Flower bouquets are all slightly different. The Iowa seamstress really used her imagination as well as her sewing skills on this. This cotton quilt top has storage soil. Examples are given in photos below. 1930's Primitive Patchwork Cotton Cutter Feedsack Quilt Top Handmade BOW TIE
Up for auction is a Primitive 100% Cotton Feed sack& Scraps Bow-tie cutter quilt. Handmade. Both machine and hand sewn. The piece measures approx. 62" square. I do believe that it at some point had been cut down. There are frayed patches. And because of the cut seam, I did not launder. So there are waterspots, and the piece is dusty from attic storage. VINTAGE TURKEY RED WORK EMBROIDERY QUILT TOP This vintage piece of antique red work was found in my Mother-In-Laws sewing box. It is in very good condition considering it was originally embroidered in 1895 by her great aunt. We believe my Mother In Law sewed the blocks together with a sewing machine. The edges are unfinished. It is done on muslin. And there are 48 squares that each measure approx. 8 x 8. No two blocks are alike. The overall finished size of the joined squares is 64 x 48. There are several very small round marks(approx no larger than 1/16' on a couple of the squares. See picture#4) Other than those marks. And one similar mark on two other squares, it is neat and clean. This would be an ideal piece for a keepsake baby quilt or cut apart the squares to make pillow covers or frame in hoops. Retro Quilt Here is a quilt/ bedspread that has a terrific Mid Century/ Retro Look. Colors are orange. Gold and green. It measures 74 x 88 inches and was machine stitched. A couple of spots and loose threads along the hem, but overall good condition. Take a look at the photos and email if you have any questions. This quilt was stored away in a cedar blanket chest for years. I did hang them out on a sunny. FUN Half Daisy Quilt Flower, Funky abstract stained glass mauve prairie handmade
This item was handmade by myself. It is one of a kind. This is a really fun piece. It measures 12" x 19 1/2" to the outside of the wood frame. It displays well both with light behind it. Or just hanging directly on a wall. The frame has been recycled, it shows wear and imperfections- small nicks, dents to give it an'aged' appearance. A very unique design with very interesting- the brown glass has very funky lines through it, and the'clear' glass in the background of the daisy has slight brown streaks as well- all adding to the diversity of the piece.

Brown quilt print fabric (not pieced) skirt from 70's Vintage Home Made Small
This home made skirt was made in the 1970's by the seller. It is constructed of quilt print(but not pieced) fabric which was popular back then. The waist is 26 inches and the skirt is 41.5 inches in length. It has large buttons going down the front. The waistband has a button plus two snaps to hold it closed. The hem is folded up. But not stitched. I started to re-hem it years ago when I decided the length was too long, but I never hand-stitched it. I will stitch it before shipping if the buyer wants a length of 41.5 inches, or I will ship as is so that buyer can hem it to another length. Vintage Baby Crib Quilt & Pillow Sham Embroidered White Cotton
This is a vintage embroidered white cotton crib quilt with a white cotton pillow sham. These are not a matching pair but I am selling them together. The quilt measures 23 x 30" when the decorative flap is folded over the quilt. The sham is 13 x 19" and has slots for a ribbon. Good as found condition with some yellowing(as shown) I have not laundered these items so they will brighten with cleaning.

The fabric measures 35 inches wide from selvage to selvage. The colors are not faded at all and are very vibrant. The selvage is all intact. The fabric has no stains, however, the salvage does have some stain on the very edge(see pictures 9-11 for examples) This selvage stain appears to me to be from the dye used in the making of the fabric and does not take away the usefulness of this fabric. The animals on the fabric include: horse, cat, bunny, puppy, pig, duck and more! I do not know exactly how old it is, ... morebut I believe it is from the late 1960's or early 1970's. The selvage has no maker's markings. I think this would be great fabric for a grandma to make into a crib sheet set or other baby items! VINTAGE FLOUR SACK Hi everyone! I am back after a brief hiatus from Ebay. Up for your viewing will be several vintage flour sacks from the 1930's. 40's and 50's. I will do my best to describe everything I see in them. Keep in mind, I am human and therefore subject to mistakes, but I do try my best. Now, as with all things vintage, they may have a lovely odor that reminds me of my grandmother's house. I will not charge you for this and the memories of your past that might come to you will be free of charge! My house is a non-smoking house but I do heat with wood! I do have a house dog. He is a beautiful little Maltese and he does not shed, is not allowed on my office furniture. Well, he is to small to get on my furniture own his own. Now. It is still sewn into the sack form. I have gently washed these but the deep cleaning I will leave for you. This one is faded some but it still has nice coloring to it. I do have 2 of these available but you are bidding on one! This sack measures: 16.5" long and 9.5 wide. As this is still in sack form. You will need to double these measuements for the true size. I see the small stitching holes at the top of the sack. No yellowing, spots or stains and this is a tightly woven fabric. I love to combine shipping! If I ship it priority mail.
