So if your after the special one, this is for you. everything on this lamp base is Org. except I replaced the wiring& cord. Look at the great metal work on the shade supports& the Original multiple color swirl Slag glass surround by the Org. finish Oak base. This lamp base proudly stands 15" tall& a wing span of 11" for your shade.the arched feet of the base spread across 7 1/2" side to side. This base has not been messed with or taken apart. So I would say It has the Org glass. One side has the similar one on the opposite side it almost looks light colored(faded)but the wood is not faded& is still dark. So that's why I put a picture of the inside. For viewing all 4 pieces.the only way to change the glass is to completely take apart the base,which if you look at all the bottom corners it shows that it hasn't been taken apart. 2 out of the 4 metal shade holders have a little piece of wood they mount on& are loose. Circa 1790 Item# 130002IRP01 This is a wonderful English Chippendale ... morePeriod Carved Ball and Claw Foot Antique Game Table. Late 18th Century c. 1790. It is a piece upon which no expense was spared in the production. As every design embellishment commonly associated with the period was executed on this piece. The mahogany top has a nailed quarter-round rim applied on both levels, opening on original brass hinges and untouched screws to reveal a replaced felt surface bordered by mahogany. It projects softly over the frame. This being covered in vertically grained mahogany veneers not just on the front and on the sides, but also along the entire back. This added expense of finishing the back leg surfaces and adding the thick veneers is typically superfluous and considered unnecessary, as the table would remain against the wall- this detail certainly hints this was a commissioned piece for a home of means. The frame is dovetailed pine, as evident when opening the rear gating-leg, the drawer blades likewise dovetailed on either side as they stretch horizontally beneath and above the drawer. The facade of the table has a single broad drawer in the center. The edges framed in tacked cockbead molding(absent on the right side) around the dovetailed oak secondary woods, the bottom crafted of five untouched oak boards nailed perpendicular to the face. The cast brass bail pull handle is absolutely gorgeous, an entirely original and entirely hand forged work of art still retaining it's original backplates, pins and nuts. The underside of the apron has applied gadrooned molding. Nailed every few inches from beneath with short iron nails, carved to match up with the outward flowing acanthus scrolls of the knee returns. The workmanship in the carved knees is exacting, the crisp flowing rococo lines simply sprawling over the sharp knees and down the leg as a natural outgrowth from the gadrooning. Each drawer has the 1892 and 1894 patent date on them.The Library Bureau Sole Makers Company was in business from the early 1880s to about 1925.I guess the library in the 1890s had to be the only gateway to the world and the hands that were in these drawers.Very nice old patina and there are a few issues but not major and easily addressed and fixable with low expense.There is a piece along the right rear back panel which is not really visible from the front.A couple drawers have some cracks and one has a piece of the rear panel gone but every issue is repairable and I have not altered or repaired anything so you are dealing with the original item.No screws or glue added but it could use some skill to keep it original.There was tape used on the exterior over the years and those are the shadows you see in the photographs.The shadow of the ring on the top was put there by the original librarian so I had a place to put my coffee cup.It is a really cool piece and soundly built.Another 100 years is no problem with this guy. ANTIQUE 8-DAY INGRAHAM KITCHEN CLOCK OAK GINGERBREAD-SHELF-MANTEL-GONGS-GD COND Offered is a very nice. Antique kitchen clock made by the E. Ingraham Co. This 100 year-old, 8-day clock is spring-wound and has a gong spring"chime" It strikes the gong once on the half-hour and strikes/counts the number of hours on the hour. There are two winding arbors in the face, one for the time and the other for the strike. The clock runs and strikes just as it should. It measures about 21-3/4" high and the base measures about 14-3/4" x 4-3/4" I acquired it at an estate sale and have had it sitting on a shelf for a couple months and it functions perfectly. The chime appeared to be striking a minute early but then I realized the minute hand was curved just a tiny bit to the left and the clock was striking accurately. I didn't ... moretry to bend the minute hand to the right because"If it isn't broke, don't fix it" seems an approprite adage(in addition to Murphy's Law) The clock of course shows some signs of its age. The face has had a little touch-up to the numbers 10& 11. There is a split on the right decor piece that someone has glued. I saw this before I bought the clock and since that piece was sturdy it doesn't bother me. I have included closeup images of the area. By the way, on some of the images you may see a piece of cardboard under the clock. I needed to do this to steady it on the sofa as I took the pictures. The key is not original to this clock which is not unusual with these antique clocks. The lower part of the face is printed"MADE BY THE E. INGRAHAM CO. BRISTOL, CONN. U.S.A. The glass has a beautiful gold-colored floral picture on the reverse side. This is a great antique clock that would compliment any setting. A wonderful piece of the past that currently continues to do what Elias Ingraham built it for: to be an attractive, functional and durable clock of which he could be proud! It looks to me to have some of the features of both the Edwardian and Eastlake Victorian styles. It has been stripped of the original DARK finish to reveal the beautiful Golden Oak. the upholstery is most likely not original but it is solid and matches without being gaudy the Hand carved Flowers in the head area are wonderful as well as the half circle carvings across the top. the sides facing the front are carved with what looks like scales or stylized leaves or a vine. Mission Oak Bookends with Inlay
This bookend measures about 16 3/8" long by 6 1/2" wide. and the ends fold flat. It's made of oak. And each end has an oval shaped inlaid panel. one of which has a small crack. The opposite panel has a small crack leading to the inlay. Two of the frame's ends have slight damage, in that a section of the tip has been broken off on each. The end panel that has the small crack also has a small crevice type piece of wood missing from it's bottom. The mentioned flaws are more age related than from misuse. The bookend is held together by two metal rods that pass through, near the ends, which are each about 6" long. The finish has some normal wear and tear, from being moved around. Vintage and very nice.

It features extensive hand-carved painted and gilded decoration, including three-dimensional canopied figures of saints, tracery with trefoil, quatrefoil and fleur-de-lis motifs, and reticulated door and drawer fronts. Drawers and doors are lined with red fabric which likely dates from the early twentieth century or even earlier. There is a minor loss to the horizontal molding at the front/right corner, but no other serious losses. It has two upper cabinets and one lower cabinet each behind single doors, plus four drawers. Early 1930's Tudor Oak Dining Room Table with Server - original owner's family
Tudor oak dining room table with extendable ends. 6 matching chairs(1 has arms) and a two-door server same style. Purchased new in the early 1930's. The table top was never used without a pad on it-like new! This set has been in dry storage in a smoke-free house for 30 years. The glued-on round facades on 3 sides on the bottom of one leg of one chair are missing. Some chair seats have a few stains, but the fabric is in very good condition. Table pads are included. This 10 pc. dining set comprises six dining chairs, table with two draw leaves, hunt board" or small sideboard, sideboard, and china cabinet. Chairs include a pair of grandly scaled armchairs. Recent deep charcoal faux leather upholstery is in very fine condition on this American made furniture. Frames are strong and tight. The deep brown finish is in excellent condition on solid oak. Spring seats are comfortable. The pair of throne like host chairs measures 26" wide, 24" deep, 49" tall and seats are 19" high. Four side chairs are 21" wide, 23" deep and 38" tall. The table has an inlaid quarter sawn oak panel and inlaid banding. Size when closed is 42" wide. 30" tall, legroom is over 24" underneath, ... moreand 68" long, with both pull out leaves extended, length is 8' 10" overall. Hunt board doors have carved Renaissance motifs against a hand"tooled" background. The hunt board was traditionally used for a cold supper of smoked meats.
