Beautiful and unusual Mission fireplace mantle made of tiger oak and measuring 84" tall. 62" wide and 10 1/2" deep. The leaded glass doors measure 19 1/2" x 11" each for a total measurement of 41" x 11" They have latches on them to keep them closed. There is an additional shelf beneath the leaded glass storage area. The opening for the firebox is 39" tall and 41" wide. Four free-standing stiles that extended above it to a serpentine front cornice, supported on arched aprons and elegantly curved corbels. Large Mission Oak Footstool - Stately and Beautiful
This stool measures 12" by 16" and stands14" tall. Made of quartersawn oak. This stool was completely disassembled, each piece cleaned and rejuvinated with Howard's Wood Restorer, reassembled with glue and is rock solid. It has been recovered with new padding in a tobacco-colored quality leatherette and finished with copper smooth tacks. The stool retains the patina of 100 years and has few dings of a piece appropriate for the age. I have put stick-on felt pads on the legs to prevent damage to hardwood floors, which can easily be peeled off, if so desired. Very attractive Piece.

1910s Gilbert Mission Oak Wall Clock 7 Day Movement
This is a Gilbert Mission Oak wall clock. I do not have a key. So be prepared, you may be buying this item for parts. It's being sold AS IS. The brittle paper label on the back of the clock is partially removed, but it clearly identifies the clock as a Gilbert. 2 pieces of the labe will be sent in a zip lock bag. The clock measures 26" long, 16" wide and 4 1/2" deep. The pendulim is heavy and has a wonderful patina and a small dent in it. The face of the clock is also missing the numeral"6" It is and would be a wonderful show piece. Antique wooden file cabinet, quartersawn/tiger oak, mission style
This is an antique quartersawn(tiger) oak filing cabinet with three drawers. Nearly 50" tall. The drawers slide without sticking and the cabinet is quite sturdy; however, the finish is scratched and worn. The inside of the top drawer has a chip that is not visible from the outside. It has been kept indoors(in use) in a smoke-free home. There are no dust guards between the drawers, and the drawer bottoms are open in the center. The lowest drawer has a wooden file divider, but there are no rails for hanging folders. It has the original hardware, which looks like antique brass, somewhat worn. The wood is in excellent condition except for the very top where there is some warping of the veneer. We have taken pictures of it but it is actually not noticeable because it is up high on the very top and is surrounded by trim. It still retains the original finish and glass. Attributed to the Michigan chair co of Grand Rapids. MI. This is a nice mission style magazine stand with pyramid buttons on the sides. Finish looks like 100 year old original finish, has that waxed looked to it. Very useful stand without spending the money on a signed stickley. Measures 18" wide, 14" deep on top, and stands 36" tall. Very good overall condition with normal nicks and dings to the edges, nothing major. This is model#305 as seen on page 101 of the Limbert catalog reprint. I can't find other examples of this form.don't think it comes up very often. Very good condition.some edge wear along the outside edges of the posts and shelves. Bottom shelf on one side has a spot where there is some wear and a small dark stain along the edge. Absolutely wonderful and rare to find Arts& Crafts Era Chandelier. This light was referred to as H4925 Dome in the Come-Packt 1912-1913 catalog. See photo) The condition of this light is very good. Considering its 100 year age. There are 3 hairline cracks in the slag glass( see photos 4& 6) there are a couple areas of slight sagging in the corners where the lead meets the wood( see photo 6) It could use a little wider piece of trim for more support in those areas. The finish is original there are a couple of splits in the thinner carved circular forms but nothing too serious or visually impacting or structurally compromising. Rare Antique Mission, Arts and Crafts Tiger Oak Crossback Cross Back Chair
This very rare mission tiger oak chair. I would say, is from the late 1800's to the very early 1900's. This is the oldest crossback chair I have ever seen. The measurements are: Total height 36" the top of the back of the chair is 16" wide, the front seat of the chair is 18" wide, the seat of the chair is 17 1/8" in depth, the width of the seat in the back is 16" the height to the seat of the chair from the floor is 17 5/8" the rear of the chair to the top of the seat is 17" the chair leg diameter is 1 3/4 x 1 3/4 thick. Also, the stretchers appear to be hand hewn on the tops. This is a very heavy, solid chair. Tonight's Auction is for an Antique Mission Footstool made from Quartered(Photo#5) White Oak(Tiger Oak) w\ 1 1\4 inch square legs and 10 inches high legs. The short rise of the legs(Photo#3) above the Rush hand woven seat(Photo#2) gives it that distinctive Mission Oak look. All restored and refinished using a mix of 1\2 Minwax Early American and 1\2 Minwax Golden Oak stains gives it a rich light to medium color oak and a professional smooth spray finish with a mix of Furniture Lacquer& Polyurethane. Unusual and eclectic. Many begin with a low opening bid and few rarely carry a reserve. Up for your perusal is this fabulous find! This is a beautiful original. Arts and Crafts, Mission, Craftsman oak side chair. Recently acquired from a 1926 Spanish estate here in Los Angeles. I am selling it on behalf of the family. The prior owner, whom recently passed away at age 91, had always used it as a pull up chair in her dining room. The finish is between a medium and dark oak and I believe it has not been refinished. It has a lot of patina. This chair does show mild age wear here and there. There is also a tight age crack to the seat. This does not ... moreaffect structure nor does it detract. I would say these are expected on a chair of this age. Stretcher bars to side. Manufacturer is unknown, but I have seen pieces with similar cut out designs identified as Stickley Brothers. I would say the quality is very similar if this isn't by Stickley. Chair is about 38" tall, 15" deep and 17" across. I have taken several pictures and from different angles to show the beauty of this chair. The seat is just gorgeous in person. It is not flat, but arched. A mission Oak/ Arts& Crafts style Footstool. An unusual leg design(looks ike Gumby's legs) made of quartesawn oak, dark, but nice grain. This stool measures approximately 13" by 18" and stands 9" tall. The original piece needed som TLC, it was dismantled, cleaned, treated with Howard's Wood Restorer, reassembled and glued; nice and rock solid. The burlap webbing was reinstalled and tighted, the original burlap and cotton padding reinstalled and finished off with a quality tobacco-colored leatherette and antiqued brass tacks. A beautiful piece of furniture. Please be aware that this piece is probably 100 years old or so, has small dents, filled nail holes and dings consistant with its age. Kind of"Distressed" look.
