It has a couple of paint smudges on the brass that attaches to the ceiling and one on the larger glass globe that could be removed with some paint remover. Paulding lamp with glass base
Up for sale today is a glass lamp base with a Paulding light fixture. To me it looks as if this may have been an oil lamp converted to electric but I'm not completely sure. The top of the Paulding fixture unscrews from the base. It is 9.5 inches tall including the bulb and the base has a diameter of 3.25 inches. I have not plugged the lamp in but otherwise appears to be in good condition.

handel lamp base works but needs care paint peeling on bottom of base
handel lamp base without lamp shade unfortunately. measures 13 inches. the lamp works and has a very very long cord. some places need to be tightened up. bottem of base is losing copper brass looking paint. without paint it has a whitish glass look? this lamp base does not have a marking and i have heard that some of the early ones did not. the shade that it did have had the handel painted on it with a number. Capo Di Monte ? Large Lamp with porcelain shade Beautiful !!!!!
Up for auction is a beautiful lamp. I believe it is a Capo Di Monte. I have put up a picture of the mark. It is the bold N with the crown. I believe it says Capo Di Monte under it. This lamp stands 30 inches tall with the shade on. The base is 8 inches across. The figurine itself is 15 inches tall. The shade is 11 and a half inches wide and& 7 inches tall. It is in overall great condition. The boy is missing 2 fingers.The lamp will also need to be rewired as the cord has been cut. I have searched and have not been able to find any lamps similar to this one. As far as I can see all of the flowers seem to be in good shape. This is a pre owned item and is being sold as is. Great antique art deco/nouveau figural Egyptian Sphinx(made out of what I believe to be bronze) lamp with an exquisite marbled leaded slag glass multi colored shade. The arm holding the shade rotates from side to side. And I believe it is brass. This piece is in excellent condition, the shade is free from any chips or cracks. The lamp weighs over 6 pounds, it's a very solid heavy piece. There is some wear from age to the arm, and some age to the body of the Sphinx, so please look closely at the pictures. I couldn't find any makers mark, the only signature I could find was the"Leviton" which is the company that makes the wiring. I have looked all over. Antique 3 way/3 bulb Lamp Base by Leviton
I'm guessing on both the age and the material on this lamp. It belonged to my Great- Gramma and I'm 60 years old. It is a heavy lamp and might be brass or bronze. It is marked Leviton on the bottem. It does work but I no longer trust the wiring, it DOES need to be re-wired. Its a beautiful lamp with a push button 3 way on the base, it holds 3 bulbs and has a adjustable pole for the lamp shade so that you can choose the height of the shade. A shade is NOT included. The lamp base measures 5 1/2 inches across and the lamp is 19 1/2 inches tall with a 6 inch adjustment for the shade.

The crystal dividers are a massive 4" across! The lamp is heavy. Heavy, heavy! It weighs 18 pounds alone, without the shade. There are some minimal scratches occasionally, nothing major or noticeable. I have up for sale an exceptional vintage original circa 1950s- 60s Mid Century Lava Drip Glaze Ceramic/Pottery Lamp- complete with original burlap shade. This is a big bulbous Impressive Lamp. It stands approx 19" to the top rim of the ceramic main section,approx 32-1/2" circumference,and approx 30-1/2" to the top metal frame where the lamp shade sits and 33" to the top of the finial. The lamp comes with its original large burlap shade and wood ball finial. Its a big oval shade.Stands approx 13-1/2" tall, 19" long and 14-1/2" wide. It is in Superb Condition- very clean and well kept- no damages and any wear is very light to minimal. The lamp itself is also in Superb Shape- no damages and wear is minimal. The glaze is phenomenal as is the coloration. There are no chips.No cracks, no repairs, etc. The main ... morebody is made of ceramic- the base section is metal. I will take lots of care in packaging to both the lamp and shade- this is no easy undertaking as both are oversized and will require extra time and materials to package correctly. Vintage Hand-Painted Milk Glass Lamp - Pink Rose - Circa 1950-1960s
Working Milk Glass Hand Painted Lamp Rose motif I love this lamp! It works. Too! This lamp does not come with a shade. So you'll need to purchase one individually, but it should be easy to find at any home store. You'll need one that attaches to the bulb itself. If you'd rather buy a glass shade like it once had, I've seen matching ones on Ebay for about $10. The center of the lamp is made of white glass. And hand painted on the front is a large pink rose, with green leaves that spread out, and at the ends of the green leaves, small pink rose buds. If you rub your finger on the rose, you can feel the paint. It is in great condition- the painting doesn't have any flaws. The rest of the lamp is made of brass. And it has a great patina, which I did not polish. I just wiped with a wet rag. If you don't like the"old" ... morelook, you can use polish, but of course being a vintage seller, I love the patina! The base and top of the brass is intricately cut into a cool design(see photos) There are no identification marks on the lamp. MEASUREMENTS The lamp is 8 inches tall and is 15 inches in diameter around the largest part of the milk glass. The cord is brown. And is 46 inches long. The plug is the original- it's one of those older round plugs. I noticed that the little piece of cardboard that is usually on those plugs is missing. I have used it without, but I"m not sure if that's safe. You will probably want to re-wire just in case, plus a newer plug will make it look nicer. true antique from 40's or VERY early 50's.it is in very good condition considering its age- a couple of places where the inner paint has a bit of peeling BUT IT IS ON THE BACK and will not show when displayed.hand painted flowers are very nice and intact.the only visible flaws on the front are three minor discolorations in the inner painting and they are negligible especially in a piece of this age 12 3/4 tall. Base is 5 1/4 we found this in my mother in law's attic 25 plus years ago and I am certain the newest it is is early 50's.we are retiring to the beach in two years and letting go of many of our treasures THIS IS THE BASE ONLY! This is an absolutely gorgeous antique lamp. The brass body panel has an orchard scene with people finely dressed. Topiary trees, birds, and floral wreaths. It is stunning. I don't know if they would have cast the metal or pressed the pattern in. The collar is also finely detailed with a floral pattern and the on/off switch is also brass and turns. It was made in the 1930's for a Pub in Maine. The is 13 1/2" long. The schooner in bottle is 7" long, has an American flas and the 1910 rigging of the AMERICA. The Jug was taken out of it's wooden frame to show no cut and reassemble nonsence. The hull is made of wood. with wooden spars and masts, the sails are paper and hand lines.The lamp has been re-wired ti modern standards, with a three way socket.
