We found these in a three seasons porch at a lake shore ... moreestate. Although not in poor condition, we felt the needed some love and restoration. We have re-finished the black bases and white wire seat shells with two coats of primer and three coats of high quality enamel based paint. We think they look pretty nice! One of the wire chair shells has some small broken wires and some small cracks in the front screw mounting arbors, as pictured. They do not affect the function or sturdiness of the chair. The other three shells have no broken wires or cracks. None of the chairs show any evidence of repairs, but may have a few wires that are slightly bent. We placed nylon washers between the bases and seat shells. We are also including the original bikini pads which are in fair condition. The have waste cattle hair pads and what appears to be a faux reptile skin naugahyde coverings. We feel these could be salvaged and restored with the original padding and production tags intact, if you wish. The rubber boot glides are all original with the exception of one new replacement. A few glides have some small cracks and two have back tape holding them together. We will include 2 new extra replacement glides as well. Bases will be removed for shipping. Just write with your zip and I will get you a quote. 42 inch black laminate top- has some light scratches and a chunk missing from the black rubber edge band that could easily be repaired by having some material blended in. Heavy and very well made. The original holes on the underside of the top might be opened up a little too wide to run the screws in again- but if you were to put a small bit of adhesive in each hole and then set the top on it would be fine and give you no issues. It seats pretty firmly as it is now without an adhesive if you line up the holed with the hardware on the base and press it into position. Chrome is excellent. Up for grabs is this lovely. Shiny mid century modern atomic space Caldwell Eames era curtain. 41wide- right to left, 24 long north to south. Still nice and vibrant, and free of stains, rips, or large tears. Still a little wrinkled up as you can see in the pictures. There is a fold line down the middle. I have not ironed. It is one piece of fabric. May still need a little extra brushing off or lint rolling, not a big deal. Their may be little knicks in the fabric too upon close inspection, but you will have to look close to search for them, and you cannot see anything from a distance. Here is a large single drapery panel that dates from the late 1950's to 1960's. It measures 70" wide at the top by 84" long. The width at the him is 124" It is made of a rayon/cotton mixture with an linen look to it. Lined with cream cotton sateen. The background of the drape is beige with brown/orange/mustard designs in rather muted tones. In good vintage condition. Needs pressing. Has a few little spots- see photos. This is a mid-century modern Karpen Furniture Co. four piece sectional sofa. This came out of an estate as a one owner sofa. They had it reupholstered some time ago in a peach colored loop that seems to be in good condition, no dry rot on the fabric itself. The sheer fabric on the underside of the sofa needs replaced. One of the 17 legs needs a nut so that it will stay attached, all the other legs are secure. The seat cushions detach, the back cushion is fixed. Mid Century Modernism at it's finest. A Ray& Charles Eames original, The Eiffel Tower base. Used on Herman Miller fiberglass bucket chairs that was manufactured in the 50's. This is the narrower base. Base has original shock mounts and original screws, which I have not tightened back down for fear of stripping or cross threading. In GREAT condition. Will need to be repainted due to surface rusting and a paint splotch. No broken welds& no pieces broken. Eames 4x14 Master Model snare drum in immaculate condition! I has this drum built for me in 2009. 15 ply North American Birch Drum shell finished in a low sheen Vintage Natural stain. I wanted the drum to have a vintage look. So we offset 16 vintage Ludwig lugs on the drum(they are all in excellent condition) Pearl Piccolo strainer and butt end with 2.3mm triple flanged hoops. The drum has amazing response and projects when it's called for. Currently outfitted with a Remo coated Ambassador. Remo Ambassador snare side and Canopus snare wires. Vintage 1950s shadow box - Illinois Moulding - Eames Mid Century Atomic
Vintage retro atomic mid century 1950s Illinois Moulding shadow box- Eames era This is the greatest thing I have ever found! I would love to keep it. But currently no place to hang it, so it would just sit in storage. Needs some light restoration and cleaning. But overall a great piece. I have found a few examples of these online, but they all have the wire grate in the openings where this one has the darker mirror/glass with the black/gold inserts and graphics. I cannot find another example of this one anywhere! The'flower box' things on the bottom have some missing mirror. Apparently it is a common problem with these, with the pieces coming unglued over time. There is one loose piece that came with this one. Altogether it is missing 3 small pieces. The right flower box is missing a side piece, and the left flower box is missing ... moreall 3 pieces, but the loose piece is a side piece for either one. Also the mirror/glass panel above the left flower box is cracked, can be seen in the pics. I have not even cleaned this. For fear of'over-cleaning' it, or possibly damaging something. I will leave that to the buyer. This is local pickup only. I live about an hour northeast of Detroit. Although I would prefer not to, I could possibly deliver/meet within 100 miles(at my convenience, I have a sometimes difficult schedule) if you made it worth my time. Vintage - Mid Century - Atomic - Eames Era Wall Clock - 1960's - Retro - WORKS!!
Mid Century Modern Retro Wall Clock WINNING BIDDER WILL RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING: 1- Original Retro 1960's wall clock with wooden case. Clock face appears to be made of ash wood. Numbers are 1 inch high and made of wood. Clock measures 13 x 13 x 2.25 inches. Hands and center disk are brass. The back of the clock shows the date of April 1. 1962 written in pencil, plus a clock shop sticker dated 1978 and a battery change noted in 1981. A few tiny specks of paint that come off easily with a fingernail or similar tool. Clock has been tested for 10 days and keeps accurate time. No noise, perfectly quiet. Quartz movement uses one"C" battery. Not included. THIS CLOCK IS VERY MID CENTURY COOL AND READY TO HANG.

You are bidding on this rare Rolling Stones collectible. This is a plastic piece with a 3D Rolling Stones Mouth& Tongue logo popping out. This piece has then been screwed onto a red painted wood frame. The guy I got it from said his girlfriend years ago went to a Rolling Stones concert and she took it from the concert. I'm not sure if the piece was given to her or what but it's definitely not something that would have been sold as a souvenir. I have been told that this was made by the Eames Company.the same company that makes furniture. I cannot verify this though because I do not see any manufacture stamp on the piece and can't find anything about it on the internet. This lends the chair a beautiful peacock effect, which looks a bit like Mikado sticks just before they fall to the ground. No longer in production.
