The solid oak runners and armrest are in pristine condition with two fresh coats of teak oil and two coats of danish wax. Nice all birch shell snare. Shell is made in the USA by Eames drum shells in Saugus. Massachusetts since 1950. Check out their website at Eames drum shells. I believe this is a Naturaltone 9 ply shell. This is a great sounding snare with a warm but can be loud crack. I rank this snare up with vintage Superstar and Yamaha Recording Custom birch snares. I personally am partial to birch for snares but love bronze and copper also. It's in great shape too. Has a satin or waxed natural finish. All Pearl hardware. Looks like the throw off was replaced with a more modern one with one extra hole(see pic) Also has some lug screws replaced. I ordered a replacement lug on Ebay for $6. Most vintage Pearl lugs are readily available on Ebay. Just a nice looking and great sounding snare. A little on the rare side. There are Patents as the picture shows, and it only brought up the Articulate Metal invention and last date was 1942 and the Inventor was'VERMONT FOLLET by Parker& Carter Attorneys, then I did a little more Research and I believe this may be a Charles or Ray Eames, because I think ARNE JACOBSEN was Influenced by Eames and maybe more into the late 50's to 60's, But my Research is Limited, Im very interested in Lamps and just learning, any help to identify this Great lamp is appreciated, I did see others not as Nice bring $1,200 Plus,there middle Teak wood was straight to where this one is Curved bigger on top and bottom and narrow in the middle as picture shows, I have not touched the lamp except a little furniture polish, it needs a Oil cleaner ... moreto shine it up, it does have a few scuffs here and there, but is in all original condition, and looks like one very old piece of tape on original cord, I could easily update the Wiring for you if you would like, but I thought it better in all original Working condition, the lamp has a Large heavy weighted bottom inside the bottom of the wood base with 4 metal round ball feet and 4 small counter blocks of wood, so it is very Sturdy and Heavy, it measures 49'inches tall and 11'inches across the base, and it has 2 Brass Bands with Carved Leaf Motif's, I have matching Table lamps I will be listing separately, but they need some paint work, so when I am finished, I will list them as some restoration,But this Floor Lamp is all original and Untouched condition, Working Nicely, a little polishing and Cleaning and this will be amazing. The chair was designed by Charles Eames and manufactured by the Herman Miller Furniture Company. The chair has many authentic markings including a rare silver Herman Miller medallion and Z(for Zenith Plastics) The shell rests on an zinc plated"wall protective" 4 legged" H" base complete with 4 original white self-leveling plastic glides. The base extends further out in the rear so the shell edge does not rub the wall. The chair is known for it's comfort and durability. The shell is produced from fiberglass-reinforced plastic. Originally. The fiberglass was being used during the war to reinforce plastic on airplane ... moreradar domes. In according to the Eames fiberglass contract shell colors catalogue, this color was specified as RO(Red Orange) The fiberglass shell has the narrow shock mounts configuration. This very 60's color is one of the most desirable and popular colors of the Eames fiberglass shells. CONDITION REPORT: This chair is in very good for its age vintage condition. The shell is clean. Displays fiber very nicely and still retains it's original gleaming luster. The color is vivid and bright with no fading. Some very min. wear to the edge and surface of the shell(scratching, small nicks) Nothing major but we have to mention this for the accuracy of the description. Looks very nice! The original gel coating is intact. The small shock mounts are in good original condition with no"bleeding" and have NOT been re-glued. This shell still retains its 4 original raised logos: Herman Miller Furniture Company(Zeeland. It is an altered thrown form with an extremely pronounced pushed out undulating band around the middle with applications of many small slabs over it. Outstanding vintage mid century modern large glass tile cylinder lamp eames era
Up for bid is a stunning vintage walnut and translucent glass tile large table or low floor lamp. It is 43” x approx. 9.5” in diameter. It is in good condition but the frosted acrylic? Tube has some discoloration(whiter areas etc) It may be cleanable. I have not tried. You might be able to sand the discoloration out as well, giving it a heavier frosting, which in my opinion it could soften the bulb bright spots. It is in good working condition. Good luck.

This is a vintage West Bend Insulated Yellow Ice Bucket made the the USA. Measurements: 6 1/8" in diameter at the base 8" top diameter 9" high without the lid 7 3/4" deep Lid is 7 7/8" in diameter Metal handle is 8" wide and 5" long It is in excellent condition. It is clean and without any damage. The yellow is textured and a beautiful lemon yellow. The white is a high gloss. Including on the inside. There are minor marks from use in the inside. Vintage Mid Century 1960s Eames Era Chrome Triple Eyeball Floor Lamp
Up for auction is this vintage/mid-century"eyeball" floor lamp. It is in very good condition and works properly. The chrome finish is excellent on the shades and stalks with some minor pitting on the base. It looks similar to some Lightolier lamps; but I was not able to find a manufacturer on it. Vintage 1950s Eames Era Desk Lamp, Mid Century Fiberglass Cone Lamp
WELCOME TO MY AUCTION Coming right out of the 1950’s. The atomic age, is this very nice fiberglass cone or cylinder desk lamp. She stands 11in. tall is 4-1/4in. wide at the top. The fiberglass shades main color is a light gold with darker gold splatters all over. It will adjust to different angles. And has a 7-1/2in. weighted metal base with a felt cover. Base has a few light scratches and one place the gold color has came off, see picture. Old lamp works fine. See picture, has some ware in fiberglass colors where switch is located, thats all I see. I used a 25 watt bulb for the pictures. Not included, using larger bulbs caused burnt areas. This one has no burn spots or cracks. In very good used condition. Thayer Coggin Milo Baughman Recliner chair Leatherette MCM TEAK Eames VINTAGE!!!
This is a very nice mid century modern Recliner made by Thayer Coggin and Designed by Milo Baughman. The chair is missing its tag but I did email Thayer and they did confirm this chair from there vintage catalogs. They did send a pic of the catalog scan(pic 12) The chair is in great shape with no major damage. There is some rubbing to the vinyl on the back top of the chair where it sat agains a wall most likely(see pics) the wood frame is solid and shows minimal signs of its age. I believe the frame to be teak. other than the rub damage on the back top there is no major damage to the leatherette/vinyl. This chair is around 50 60 years old and shows minimal signs of its age.
