Please find for sale a rare and beautiful antique Skønvirke silver brooch. The brooch was made or retailed by N. M. Thune of Oslo. Norway, in around 1905. It is marked Thune, and for 830 parts out of 1000 parts silver. The brooch is set with two cabochon stones, the top stone being lapis lazuli, the lower stone is labradorite we think. This piece is Danish Skonvirke(beautiful work) in style. And is reminiscent of designs by Evald Nielsen and Georg Jensen. Skonvirke was a Scandinavian aesthetic movement that was separate from but influenced by both the Arts and Crafts and Art Nouveau movements. This hand-chased silver brooch has a biomorphic design common to Skonvirke and Jugendstil jewellery of the period. It looks to be a cross between a bee and a chrysanthemum flower! Art Nouveau Glass Flower Bead Necklace
Absolutely Superb Art Nouveau Opal glass Necklace. This necklace has very attractive blue coloured opal beads with lots of delicate glass flowers in four other pastel shaded colours. There are also matching coloured glass beads between the brass filigree links on the necklace. This necklace measures approx 40 cms not including the pendant drop at the bottom that measures approx 6 cms long. These type of necklaces with the flowers and opal glass have become rare and very collectable.

This piece probably dates to 1918-1938 to coincide with the time period that Czechoslovakian items were produced. Rich color. Each garnet is set within the pins. Aside from the 7 garnets in the center circle. Those are set within 6 pins. Nice vintage condition. No stones missing. On close inspection. A few of the center garnets show wear. Mentioned for accuracy. The hand set garnets throughout the rest of the pin all appear to be in fine condition. Original Egyptian Revival Art Nouveau Hat Dress Buckle Pin Snake Art Glass
This piece is a prime example of egyptian revival. The piece is made to be SEWN onto either a hat or a dress belt. Although it's made to look like a buckle. It's not used as such; instead it's made for decorative purposes on a hat or dress. It's also not a pin/brooch. It's repousse metal, brass I think, but metal id isn't my thing. The buckle is 2 1/2" x 2 1/4" The snake heads and the gypsy sets are seperate pieces attached to the stamped filigree style base. There are cherry amber color glass cabochons(the color does not show right in my pics) plus fabulous art glass squares in the gypsy sets. The art glass is green& black mottled and has a snakeskin pattern pressed in it. This is in very good condition with nothing missing. This was originally made as a decoration and was not modified.

Up for auction is a stunning piece of estate jewelry. I believe the piece to be from the Victorian or Art Nouveau period. The brooch measures 1 3/4" long and nearly 2.75" across. The stones are a purple pink color and faceted cut. The stones look to be rhinestones. The metal is probably brass and formed in floral openwork. There are no hallmarks that I can see. But I think it might be Czech. The clasp is antique C-clasp& original to piece. It is a very heavy piece and does show some wear consistant with it's age. This item was found at an estate auction. Up for auction is an outstanding French Art Nouveau 18K signed bracelet with sapphires and lots of seed pearls. This bracelet is for a SMALL wrist. It's inner circumference measures 6 1/4" using a soft measuring tape from end to end. It is stamped DEPOSE. 18K and has a hallmark of a diamond shape with the letters PO inside. The word DEPOSE means patent or registered in France. This 18K bracelet has cabochon light sapphires set with many seed pearls inbetween going around the entire bracelet. Its width is 1/2" or 12 mm. This antique Victorian blister pearl brooch is set in sterling. Victorians loved these blister pearls taken from abalones. This one is a particularly nice one with a lot of beautiful iridescence. It is set in a very attractive mount that has an Art Nouveau look to it and it is marked Sterling on the back of the pin. It is 1 inches long by 3/4 inch wide. The condition is very good. The side of the pin where the mechanism is found. Is curved slightly higher than the other side. I believe this is because of the mechanism. I believe this is the way it was made as there are no indications of repair or damage. I never noticed the rise until taking pictures from the side. I have taken pictures for you. Arts& Crafts sterling and natural Amethyst bracelet, that is from the 1920's- 30's. This piece is marked"sterling" on the back of one of the links. Is 7 1/4" long, and is 5/8" wide at its widest point. The bracelet closes securely with a spring ring clasp that is not original to the piece and I don't think the safety chain is original either. Renaissance Revival silver and Carnelian glass bracelet, that is from the 1930's. This piece is marked"800" on the back of two of the panels and does not have a maker mark but is in the style of Peruzzi and Cini pieces. The bracelet measures 7 1/4" long. Is a bit fuller than 3/4" wide at its widest point, and is 1/4" thick at its thickest point. The bracelet closes securely with its original hook and loop clasp and weighs 34.6 grams. This piece has three panels that are domed in shape and wrap around your wrist nicely when worn. Up for auction is this vintage/antique Arts& Crafts patinated bronze lidded dish signed on the bottom Carl Sorensen and marked with his trademark S within an oval. Also marked BRONZE. This piece is being sold as is as found, it is in excellent condition, there are no cracks, dents or dings, it displays beautifully. Exhibits lovely classic Art Nouveau lines with an exquisite finial at the top. Superb patina. Clean inside and out, though there are some small spots of wear on the inside.
