Saraparilla Art Deco Revival Lamp With Crackle Globe Shade 1980's Vintage Beauty
In the 1980's Art Deco style enjoyed a big revival. Sarsaparilla lamps were very popular. They are made of cast iron and created with molds of actual Art Deco period lamps by famous companies such as Frankart. This example is in excellent condition and has no major damage of the base or shade and only shows a bit of wear to areas of the paint. This is a pair of aluminum art deco florescent lamp covers. Designed to convert a newer 4 bulb florescent lamp into an older"art deco" looking early 1900-1950 looking lamp. Nice heavy base made of lead is painted silver and has 3 large hooks hanging from it which are attached with dedicated slots and early style rivets. At the top is a heavy wire"clip" or"hanger" to attach a line. Rope, etc. The unit can be used with the hooks facing in. Or out simply by turning it upside down and moving the"hanger" to the other side. Antique Green Houze Houzex Slag Glass Lamp Akro Agate Art Deco Fluoresces
Offered for your consideration is a beautiful Houze slag glass lamp. This item has been tested and works. You would want to replace the switch. As one side is missing the bakelite housing, and although it does move back and forth, it is not easy to do so. The lamp measures 12 ½” high. 4 ½” square on the base, which with a rise of 1” The cord may have been replaced at one time. Although I believe the plug is the original bakelite. There are no chips. Cracks, blemishes or any evidence of mistreatment. The glass fluoresces and is absolutely exceptional. This item will be double boxed for safety. Antique Vintage Floral Art Deco Hand Painted Glass Lamp Hanging Light Fixture Chandelier. Comes with removable fringe for glass. Pull cord has tassel. Glass is 4" tall and 10 1/2" in diameter. Total height is 8" 14' cord. Fixture: 660w 250v. This fixture has been in storage for years. Originally. It had beads hanging from the glass shade instead of fringe. The age of the glass is not known, but it is well over 50 years old, and hung in an old house in Canada. I don't know what the glass shade was used for originally, but it was converted to an electric hanging light about 50 years ago.

You are bidding on vintage 1950s French desk/ table lamp. The lampshade is made of aluminium lacquered black on the outside and white on the inside to reflect light. It has perforations around its top. The stem is made of chrome flex which allows for a wide scope of adjustments. The bulb casing is separate from the main lampshade and stands independently on the base. It is encased in a large chrome cone and fitted to a short chrome stem with a ball joint allowing to adjust its angle easily. The base is made of cast iron with a sheet metal cover lacquered canary yellow. The original switch is on the base and is fitted with a chrome rim. Very good condition and in full working order. The only other one of these Quilted And Beaded Uranium Glass Shades we could find, is attached to a 1890-1900 oil lamp. 8 1/2" tall x 7" widest. With a 4" mounting flange. The glass is in great original shape. There are the normal Satin Glaze skips(shown in pictures) Debris in the glass, scuffs at the rim from years of use, and chips where the base attaches to the lamp, a place that will never be seen. Rare Art Deco Hair Dryer fan lamp Martin Brothers Turbinator - Works from 1940s
Here's a unique item. It's a Turbinator hair dryer from the Martin Brothers Electric Company on the original stand from around 1940s. It is truly Art Deco. Futuristic and even alien looking. It works, i.e. heats, blows, lights up and adjusts for height and side motion. All switches work as indicated. It would be great as a fan and reading light. A real conversation piece! I think the gold paint is original but not sure as I've not seen another. It stands 4-5 feet tall(adjustable) and is on wheels. Power cord is in fine condition.
