Brass Art Deco floor lamp with Decorative shade
Vintage Brass Art Deco Lamp with frosted seashell glass shade adjustable height and swivel base. Measure 12" round at the base and 36" to 55" tall depending on where the lamp is positioned. The height is adjusted by simply lifting the shade and holds itself steady by using the weight of the lamp to wedge itself in place. The brass has a patina to it but the lamp shade and components are in perfect condition. All screws and bolts are present so no need to find replacement parts to match. Upon close inspection I see a 4" hairline on top of her head that I did not see when I bought her and a 2" spider line on back by the Smeraldo Nardi signature. Fantastic Art Deco TV Lamp
Check out this fabulous green TV lamp with an extreme streamlined. Art-deco design. It features two running dogs and highly stylized grass. It has an opening in the back with room for a light bulb. The item measures approximately 12 inches long, 9 inches wide and 6 inches high. The piece has its originally wiring and still works. It originally had a felt layer on the bottom surface to protect from scratching. Most of the felt is gone but fragments can be seen on the bottom of the base. THe piece has no cracks and no chips. The high gloss surface of the piece is very imppressive, There is a clear mark on the back. It reads"GO 1951" or"CO 1951" inside a circle. Perhaps 1951 is the year of manufacture? Vintage 1930s era child's table lamp is made like a heavy white/ milk colored glass. Assembled size is about 4" x 4" x 10" tall. The base is plain but the top shade has an illustration of a boy& girl(like those of Grace Drayton. Dolly Dimple inspired) that differs on each side and are different colors: red, orange, green and blue! The material used to apply the children appears to be pyroglazed(same as they used to use on the old milk bottles! There are no chips. Cracks, or repairs. The pyro is in excellent condition. Gorgeous antique Bradley& Hubbard style Arts& Crafts/Mission era reverse painted mountain scene ribbed glass lamp. This is an absolutely stunning lamp that is tested and working wonderfully. There is an ornate design decorating the shade along the top. The light bulb will not be included in the shipment. There is some paint wear to the inside of the reverse painted glass shade. There are various areas along the cast pieces of the shade that have been repaired or soughtered. There are some breaks. As well, I'm including one small piece that broke off, but didn't picture it. Muller freres A large french 1930 art deco chandelier in nickel plated solid brass or bronze holding a beautiful frosted Muller bowl in moulded-pressed glass and its 6 side-shades. All glasses are signed Muller freres Luneville and are in good condition. The nickeled mounting is of outstanding quality. Given the size of the chandelier I must remove the vertical part and probably some of the six arms as well to make it fit in the maximum size box the post allows me to ship. This item is an old ca. 1930-1940s Van Briggle Mulberry Glazed. 7-1/4inch tall, 3-Handled Art Deco Style, 3 footed lamp, with the lamp in excellent condition. Lamp needs a new cord, which is an easy fix, but we will leave that to the new owner; there are no flaws on the pottery, that is, no chips, no cracks, no hairlines, no repairs, nor are there any other flaws. Lamp stands 7-1/4 inches to the top of the socket, and about 5-3/4 inches to the top of each handle. this auction is for a big yellow art deco lamp. this is for a base. the wiring is miss; however you would have to have it replaced anyway. it would be eighty years old and unsafe. the base is lightly dirty and that is what you can see in the pictures. it is not damage. This is an extremely RARE- ANTIQUE- OLD- VINTAGE 1920'S- ART DECO PERIOD- FRANKART ERA- NUART LAMP. It is as shown and is an original 1920's lamp that features a NUDE NYMPH- NUDE LADY- NUDE GIRL- sitting on a pedestal and gazing at a GLASS GLOBE- ORB that lights up. The SPELTER(fragile white metal) base is 8" X 5" the NYMPH is 6 5/8" high off the ground- and the GLOBE is 4 3/4" in diameter. I cannot find any markings. But I am sure that it was made by NUART CREATIONS- NEW YORK CITY. The finish consists of a BRONZE TONE PAINT and is age checked and is peeling in may spots- there is a lot of paint loss! The metal base is age cracked as shown, which is common for this type of old metal. This is a vintage brass designer table lamp by Fredrick Cooper of Chicago with what I believe is the original shade. It has a little tarnish(see photos) but overall in good condition.
