Vintage Dazor Model 1000 Industrial Machine Age Art Deco Double Gooseneck Desk Lamp Product Details: Vintage Dazor Model 1000 Industrial Machine Age Art Deco Double Gooseneck Desk Lamp Made in St. Louis. Missouri This lamp comes to us from the estate of a former foreman of a local Springfield Vermont factory called Fellows Gear Shaper(no longer in business) His son tells me he thinks this lamp was from that plant originally. Uses two F15T8 flourescent bulbs. 15 watts each. There are two different color bulbs installed and included. They have dark ends which indicates new bulbs will be needed soon. A great Art Deco design. Commonly found in industrial and commercial offices in the mid-20th Century. It has a kind of a death ray War of the Worlds style about it. You hold down the red button for a couple moments to preheat the bulbs and release it to turn it on. Push the black button to turn it off. The double gooseneck arms allow you to position the shade at whatever angle you wish. Nice low profile shade. Navy gray finish. 21" wide at the shade. 12" deep x 12" high the way I have it pictured. The lamp works fine. The finish has some hand and finger prints from decades of use. Especially on the ends of the shade where hands adjusted it. There is also some red paint or ink splatter and a couple spots of what looks like glue on the base. The finish itself seems rather good, having not chipped or peeled. For auction is this vintage Art Deco ART DECO Hobnail Glass Ceiling Light Shade with three holes for mounting. The color of this light shade is light Tan/Peach No makers mark Description A combination of clear and light tan glass Hobnail glass around the crown and the rim. It measures approximately 4" tall on the outside(3-1/2" deep on the inside) 10" in diameter at the rim, and 3-3/4" in diameter at the crown The mounting holes are 7" apart(center to center) The crown does not have a hole in it. It is made to be connected by the three drilled holes around the rim. No chips. Cracks or crazing to the shade. Two of the three mounting holes have chips on the inside. Iron Art Nouveau-Deco 4 Orange Slag Stained Art Glass Panels Swag Lamp vintage
I can find no markings on this 4 sided cast iron lamp that I assume meant to be a swag because of the chain through top of finial. It weights 10 pounds. It appears to be very old from the patina marks. It stands 15" high and as photos shows there are slots for 4 pieces of stained glass. Photo shows the 4 thick swirled stained glass in hues of swirled oranges like you'de picture hot lava. Also that one panel has had a skillful repair thats only noticeable if removed from lamp. And is not in a compromising condition because of mend. Each windowed frame measures 4-3/4" wide and 7" tall. All I see is 4 original flat head screws about halfway down on outer 3 sided corner moldings(photo 3 shows) Original light socket, no color variations throughout. I'm hardly an expert but the ornate craftsmanship and distinct patterns says ... morethis is a piece of the art nouveau-deco period. The electrical cord is not cloth but not much newer than that, and has no breaks or mends. Where the original iron chain ends a length of newer added, works fine. For many years it hung on a second story porch and the vivid orange colors radiated in the dark distance like a beacon.

I think it is a perfume lamp or perfumer and the style and feel of it is similar to some Robj pieces I have sold in the past. The inside of the broken vase is hollow. So the perfume would be poured into the suspended"dish" at the top, and presumably something warm could be put"inside" the vase to aid evaporation. Her face is beautifully detailed. Please excuse the reflections in the pictures. SIZE: The figure is approximately 8.25 inches tall. CONDITION: There is a rub on the bottom of her dress. ANTIQUE BRONZE SATIN GLASS GLOBE SPELTER ART NOUVEAU DECO TABLE LAMP LIGHT NICE Up for your consideration is this antique bronze and satin glass table lamp. It is made in a art nouveau/deco style(kind of) Please be sure to see the other antique items we have listed. FEATURES: This lamp is unlike anything that I have ever seen in the past. Or could find online, including eBay, Google images and a bunch of other sites. I believe the base is cast from solid bronze. It is made in a very ornate style with scrolling and leafing, and very fine details. The white satin glass globe is adorned with the most detailed hand formed( vines and leaves applied to it. They look like they have been extruded or maybe hand formed(possibly similar to how you would use a pastry gun) when the bronze was in a malleable state. I'm not sure of the actual process ... moreused to make this beautiful lamp because some of the vines feel like they are actually embedded right into the surface of the glass- and the final product is stunning. Each leaf has a very detailed design that includes a"ruffling" on each edge of the leaves. The vines and leaves have been attached to the globe by what I can only guess is a"melding" of the two materials while they were in a hot or workable stage. If anyone knows what this process is, or knows how it was made, an email would be greatly appreciated. The top section above the globe may have been cast from a different composition of materials than the base was. It is designed with a Roman or Greek style with a column look and leaves that fan out at the top. At the top of the four leaves there is a small hole where presumably a crystal hung down from there at one time. It comes with standard socket switch 2 clicks on and two clicks turns it off. I believe this lamp was re-wired with a new cord and socket sometime in the 1950's-60's. The length of the cord is a bit less than 6 feet. The underneath of the cast bronze base has developed a kind of rainbow-ish finish. I'm not sure if it'

1940's FRENCH ART DECO MODERNIST LARGE LAMP WOOD CHROME AND SHADOW GLASS SHADE
Check out my other items! Large Modernist Art Deco Lamp. Manufactured in France in the 1940's this lamp is in good working condition showing gentle signs of age and wear. It is about 21 inches high and has a beautiful beige or pale yellow shadow(called Clichy) stepped glass shade. The base is made of two tones wood showing scratches(see close up pictures) Not that visible in reality. Could be touched up by new owner if desired. The push button works, the felt Under is missing. The body is made of chrome with chrome shade holder. The chrome parts show small surface oxydation spots and the vented shade holder has one bent on one of the hold vented area(shown on pictures) I describe very precisely the condition with all small defects but please keep in mind that this is not visible in reality as shown on close up pictures. They both work very well, but since I'm not an expert please have them professionally tested. Sconces use regular base bulbs. Finish is intact with slight wear. Edges have paint on them where they were once probably hard wired to the wall. And when the wall was painted they left some paint on the sconces. Very Fine Antique, Art Deco Period Onyx Figural Female Lamp
I purchased this unusual. Fabulous lamp at an Antiques Auction on Cape Cod while I was home from college. That was almost 40 years ago. I loved that lamp then, and still do now; however, I am currently downsizing. For the first decade or so, I called her"the busty lady" lamp. This Art Deco piece remains in great condition. No chips. Cracks or the like. The onyx is a blend of beautiful colors-greens, caramels and creams. It is three dimensional correct. Turn or view the Lady from any angle and it is if she was alive and there. The Globe she is raising up holds the bulb. I had this professionally rewired with a goldish cord which looks perfect with it. The total height of this piece is 28" tall; the width is 7" and the length is 12" The woman herself is 17 1/2" tall. With a base of 1" thick. The Globe of course ... morelooks like it is totally round, but the circumference of what you can see is 17" The base has a slight indentation for a pipe. Must have been a very cool dude who kept this on his office or den desk! Ebay limits me to only 12 photos. I know that purchasing a special antique which this is. The lamp is adjustable to height from 9 1/2 inch to a little over 12 inches from the surface that it sets on to just under the tubing as it becomes horizontal after it curves. This would probably allow it to be used on a piano or organ as a light to read music and of course it could also be used as a desk lamp. There is a ball joint where the upright tube connects to the shade that allows you to change the angle of the shade in different directions. Very unique old Art Deco lamp- decorative piece. German Shepherd with removable glass piece on the back& a light behind. It is metal& is heavy for it's size. It is about 11" tall& 9.5" across. I did put in a light bulb& test& it DOES work- though the cord is VERY OLD& I would not suggest leaving it plugged in. Up for auction is a beautiful and rare Art Deco Figural alabaster lamp featuring two huge(11.5" high x 4" wide) carved perched cockatoo love birds and an inverted bell shaped shade(6-1/2" high x 9" wide) over the baluster. The Love Birds and their perching stump appear to be carved out of one solid piece of beautiful white and grey veined alabaster. Both the light shade and 1" rectangle platform also appear to be alabaster. I am uncertain of the composition of the pole extending from base to bowl. It appears to be some sort of stone or milk glass. The bowl holding the shade is faux alabaster ceramic.
