The artful detailing at the top of each piece includes intricate horse head carvings. The center panel measures 62" wide by 95" tall with removable doors. The door hinges are missing and there is some damage to the base of the center piece. see photos) The door in the center panel measurement is 50" wide by 69" tall. There are 2 small carved corbels and a band of carving below the lower shelf. There are return moldings that wrapped around the chimney. It measures 65.5 inches wide by 84 inches tall. These are Chinese handmade(mortise and tenon) window shutters in very weathered/rustic condition. The shutters were in a garden area. And therefore exposed to more water and sun than normal. The previous lattice screens and glass eventually succumbed to time and weather. The shutters are still beautiful and have alot of character. Bottom Square Section Measures 2 1/4" x 2 1/4" wide x 2 1/4"H One unit has a piece of wood missing.see picture. I am not a wood expert. But these appear to be made of mahogany. Antique Cast Iron Window Grate Coal Chute Cross Architectural Salvage Harrisburg
Antique cast iron window grate. Salvaged from an old farmhouse in Harrisburg PA. It was used in the basement as a coal chute since it swings open. It has a nice crisscross design and a cross in the center and is very heavy. It has a handle on one end. The back side opposite of the handle has two holes for hinging it. The grate measures just over 11-5/8 inches wide and is 18-3/4 inches tall without the handle. Including the handle it is 20-1/2 inches tall. The sides are 7/8 inches thick. The bottoms each have 4 raised panels. There is a glass opening in the middle. no glass) The hinges and door knobs need to be replaced. The face plates and mortise locks are ornate brass. They measure 54 inches wide by 89 inches tall and are 1.75 inches thick. Overall they are in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as they are antique. They could use a good cleaning. The firebox opening is 41.75 by 35.5 tall. Overall it is in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. I bought this from a very old gothic church. Its very cool! The ornate door has a great Gothic art deco relief in what appears to be some sort of casted. Maybe bronze, with brass inside trim. There are Satin Curtains inside which behind would hold the holy communion wine goblet. There is a lock on the door. But I don't have the key, door opens fine! This is in very good condition. This is very old and very cool. And very heavy! Gorgeous! This tabernacle is incased in a box. Which is 12 inches by 16 inches by 13 inches, which sits on a wooden pedestal which is 3 feet long, 14 inches wide and 19 inches tall from bottom to top of tabernacle box. This is in very good condition, ... moresome of the corners have been scuffed and there is a light water spot on the long wood platform, but its light in color and this wood is shiny and in very good condition! On the very back of this cool box there are some small slivers out on the back top. It does not show as its the back and its small, only an inch or two long on the very edge.This is very cool! There is some discoloring tarnish on the door but its really cool, and its made of top quality metal! The art is beautiful! Heavy. Definitely near 50 pounds! I'll ship it fedex ground! Its so cool!
