1880s Antique Architectural Salvage Decorative Carved Turned Wood Spindles Description: Up for sale are this pair of decorative carved wood spindles from an Antique Beckwith Reed Pump Organ manufactured in the late 1800s through possibly the early 1900s. Unfortunately the donor instrument for this piece was too far gone to be save in its entirety so we have claimed what we can and are offering those pieces up for sale. These pieces are in very good condition and don't have any cracks or breaks. As you can see in the photos one of the dowels used to hold the dowel in place has broken off flush with the end of the spindle. We believe that these are made from Mahogany. These two panels were removed from either side of the music stand. They have red fabric on the back. Each panel measures 12 1/4" x 6 1/2" x about 5/16" thick at the not-rabbeted end. Three of the sides have rabbets that measure about 1/4" The manufacture date on the organ had faded but the latest patent dates listed on the label were from the 1880s. Decorative birdhouse Ceramic Styling is like architectural fragments or salvage. Also looks like the old time tin ceiling tiles. Ivory glaze with antiquing. High gloss finish. Decorated with fruit and sunflowers. Wire in top for hanging. 8" tall. Base is 4 1/4" x 6 1/4" Hole is 1 1/8" across. 1" long wooden dowel perch. This is really a cute and pretty piece. I love the finish and the way the glaze has been applied. The antiquing gives it just the right aged appearance. The sunflower and fruit motifs add just the right amount of color.

Antique architectural slate piece stone salvage
Antique architectural slate fragment. Very heavy piece with nice decorative design cut into the surface. Nice overall condition with only a few small chips and cracks. There is a seem cutting across the surface at an angle. I believe this to be a natural layers in the slate. This area is slightly raised above the rest of the surface and is also visible on the edges and on the back. There is a chunck of lead imbeded in the back slightly raised above the surface. I'm sure this was used to secure it another surface. Measures 9" x 10" x 1"

Very Pretty French 19th century style beveled glass terrarium which can also be used to display a piece of art or sculpture. The rounded dome a modern piece that has been antiqued and distressed to appear old. You can see the brass from the underside, creatively repurposed. It is divided into 16 glass sections with beveling on all sides and connected with 16 leaded bands. Large wooden finial handle has been added to the glass with added faux antiquing(some has chipped off exposing a little brass) glass has intentional scratches and scuffs to give it a more authentic look. Description This is a great piece that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian Home. It is made of mahogany and is currently painted white. The shelf has bump outs at the ends. Below the bump outs are carved blocks. Below each are 2 round fluted columns with carved capitals. There is a curved breast board that is carved from end to end. There is a heavy raised molding around the firebox. It measures 78 inches wide by 53.5 tall and is 13.5 inches deep. The firebox opening is 41.5 wide by 35.5 tall. Overall it is in good condition. These antique iron door hinges. Mostly parts of hinges, were acquired at an architectural salvage auction. The auctioneer said they were removed from a 1920s Victorian home in SE CT. It is in it's original frame which is in good shape and is painted on bot sides. It measures 40.75 inches long by 15.75 tall and is 1.5 inches thick. The glass only is 37 x 11.75. Overall it is in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. One corner of the frame is a little loose. Antique Architectural Salvage Gingerbread Pieces
Wonderful wood pieces of architectural salvage gingerbread. These would have been hand carved wood and I suspect used as house gingerbread around a Victorian porch. There is some original paint and even some gold paint patina on these pieces. They are odds and ends and you cannot put them together to make one piece. Beautiful flower and leaf type design. Lots of detail on these vintage light fixtures. Each fixture holds 2 bulbs and can hold your favorite shades. 1 fixture is missing the bracket and the other is missing the bolt cover. Not sure of the age on these they do still have the manufactures label on the bottom and these appear to be brass plated(as seen in pics) These came from a victorian style home that once held funerals on the lower level. Very neat survivor that needs the right home to reach its fullest pontential. These are left in original condition and will need to be cleaned if you desire.
