Pr~ 19th c Victorian Highly Carved Fruitwood Marble Top Half Commodes Nightstands Being offered for sale is this Spectacular matched pair of 19th century Victorian Highly Carved Fruitwood Marble Top Half Commodes/ Nightstands with carved Figural Maidens. These 19th century nightstands feature their original shaped marble tops and an abundance of detailed carvings from top to bottom with carved figural maidens flanking the cabinet doors and fancy shell carvings on each side of the base. Each nightstand offers a storage drawer with period dove-tailed ends with a beautifully carved door below that opens to reveal a nice storage area inside with a shelf. Measurements: 33 1/2 inches high 18 inches wide 14 inches deep each stand weighs approximately 35 lbs.
