For your bidding pleasure this antique 1889 handpainted and gold gild square plate. The plate measures 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" square. 1" high, 5 1/2 diameter" raised rim base and weighs 15.7 oz. The corners of the plate have an embossed( raised) shell design and the base ring is 1/2" deep and looks as if it has a ring within a ring. Unusual design I have never seen before. The plate is in remarkably good condition for its age and use with no chips, dings, cracks, separations or fleabites. It does, however, have some gold paint loss on the edges and of the spider web design at side of plate, actually appears to have wear on all the gold gild. The only markings on this plate is a green back stamp which reads: Pat d April 2d 1889. All in all still a fantastic gift or addition to any antique plate collection. You are bidding on a grand serving set of 4 cake plates and 2 serving plates total of 6. These are a rare find to have all together and highly marked with circle mark. Stamp and incised Ashworth on each plate. These are from the early 1800's as the England B Mark with the circle and made in Hanley England Made by G.L Ashworth brothers with the Incised Ashworth mark. The set shows the journey of a European family with their horse and son. There are three patterns of the family. I have been unable to locate any of these to price compare but did see only one similiar with same mark chipped going for 299.00 on an antique sight for one cake plate. So I am selling as the set as I found them because they are amazing together. These are all about 9 1/2" wide plates. The large cake plate stands 5 1/2" high and the 3 other cake plates ... morestand about 2 1/2" high. These were purchased over 15 years ago at a victorian Estate in Englewood New Jersey. All of the pieces show great from the top with no chips on top but there are some chips on the bottom of most of the plates. They are very heavy and believe they are polychrome or faience if you look at the bottom their is sum tin showing through. One cake plate and one serving plate is fine with no chips or breaks. The tall one has three chips under. Another has two. One cake plate has one and the second serving plate has one. These are in as is condition. I have pictured the bottoms so you can see. Makes a great entertainment set with rare pottery from centuries ago. These are as is with under issues on plate. These will be shipped in more than one box for the safety of the items and insured. Delft Plate with figures. Boats, buildings 9 Delft Plate with figure in boat. Another 4 small figures in a smaller boat. There are trees, some floral, and buildings in the background. This plate has a circular line running around inner ground close to the well and then across near the two boats. Difficult to see in the pictures. It is tight and somewhat visible from the front and more visible from the back. Somebody has decided at one point to over paint the bottom rim over the floral area, it's a little flat but does not detract, mentioned for accuracy. This is part an amazing recent estate find; a 19th Century Spatterware Rabbitware plate with Virgina Rose border pattern. The plate has the Virgina Rose border with a center design featuring four rabbits frolicking in a field. The plate measures 9 3/8" across and is in amazing condition for its age; it has overall grazing. Which is too be expected and one small thin age crack on the back that is about 1 1/4" long(but does not go though to the front AND a dark gloop of tadpole shaped glaze that you can see as a darker design on the back. Use the zoom feature to get a good look at the overall condition, but truly at over 150 years old, it's in great shape. There appears to be a touch up on the edge at about 1 o'clock. Not bad, but it's there. A lot of pictures were taken closeup on the back to show condition, they seem to look worse in the pictures than in person. They're fairly unobtrusive on the front. Antique Wallis & Cimson Benjamin Disraeli Plate
We purchased this at a local estate sale here in our Las Vegas area. We were told by our local antique store this is very old. Probably prior to 1881 as that is the year Benjamin Disraeli passed away and the plate does not have the year of birth to death on it. Although the plate has some discoloration and the gold has worn in spots it has no major chips or cracks. Another plus is that it does not look like it has had the wire plate hanger on it, as there are no marks of damage. Normal antique wear for this piece of history. Please research Benjamin Disraeli he was quite a novelist and Britishe PM and ahead of his time for Jewish descent. He lived from 1804 to 1881. 19th c Wedgwood Blue and White plate This auction is for an old piece of Wedgwood dinnerware. If I am reading the 3 letter code correctly. Then this was produced in 1885. Inasmuch as I recognize the blue and white pattern as Blue Onion or something similar.I was unable to attribute a pattern name to this marked Wedgwood item. This plate is about 10 1/2" wide from tab handle to tab handle. the short side is about 9" wide. Its flared edges rise about 1 1/4" Maybe it's just me, but this plate looks asymetrical and I'm wondering how much of the production process that produced this item was automation, or if it was hand pressed and hand decorated. Please review pictures. This plate is in very good condition, it show fine crazing and an even brown coloration to the underside. I have three imperfect Pearl blue cake Plates from the Nymphenburger manufacturer in Germany Probably the most well known models from Nymphenburg manufacture. Created on1763. It was the first china in Europe to have the dodecagonal shape with edges raised and decorated with beads. This is a listing for three of these cake plates where each plate has at least one chip on the underside of the plate. The cake plates measure 7.5" on diameter. This is a beautifully hand-painted cabinet plate on fine porcelain manufactured by Moritz Zdekauer of Altrohlau. Czechoslovakia circa 1918-1939. It is 7 5/8 inches wide and is in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks or crazing. The artist has signed her work of red and white berries on the reverse, R B Davis. The plate has 12 sides and is rimmed with gold accent.

Offering these two lovely hand painted Thomas'Sevres' plates with glorious red oriental poppies. The field is a mint green which blends and merges past the poppies into a pale teal green. Thomas had originally started producing porcelain in Marktredwitz. Bavaria with Jaeger(1898-1902) under the name Jaeger, Thomas& Co. Thomas then went on to join Ens in 1903 and they were in production until 1908. Ens then left the partnership and Thomas carried on under the name Porzellanfabrik F. Thomas. It was at this point that the factory had so impressed the Rosenthal Co. in Selb, Bavaria with their work that Thomas became an independent subsidiary and has continued to do so until today. 19TH CENT VILLEROY & BOCH CASTLE & SHIP SCENIC CHARGER
This is a wonderful late 19th/early 20th century Villeroy& Boch decorative charger. It features a coastal scene with a castle along the shore and sailing ships- one in the foreground and several others off in the distance. This decorative charger is in excellent overall condition with no chips. It does have crazing which is difficult to see. There are two factory distinctives: a gray spot(see just to the left of the castle) under the glaze and a small ¼” factory blemish under the glaze in the same area. On the underside of the charger is the blue Villeroy& Boch Wallerfangen mark. This mark was used between 1874 and 1907. The numbers“01” are impressed on the underside. The charger measures 11 3/4" in diameter and stands 1 5/8" high.

Spode china serving platter made in England during the first half of the 1800s, probably in the 1820s. This antique piece is in incredible condition for its age. The wide, flared rim is painted with bright, colorful flowers and bands of repeating designs. The bottom of the piece is painted with birds of paradise. The whole piece is painted in more of an Indian or Chinese style. The underside has a wonderful, combed texture. The underside is marked with the Spode hallmark that was used during 1805-1830. This piece is in fabulous overall condition. There is some minor fretting to the glaze on the rim. But there are no chips, no cracks, no splits and no repairs.
