This is a vintage gong bell or fight bell. You get one ring per pull. Just rang it and I'm sure you heard how loud it was wherever you are located. The cover is cast brass and the works are cast iron. It is all in original as found condition and has the original patina. Has not been touched or cleaned. The cover is 4 5/8" in diameter. Has the internal clapper. The chain is still on the arm. The corner screw holes are 3 3/4" apart. Screws are included. There are no markings on the bell. Everything is in great condition and working fine. Be great mounted on a wall in a store or restaurant or as the door bell for your home. Looking for a nice architectural touch. This will be great.

Vintage Art Deco Mid Century Chrome Ashtray Smoker Stand Cast Iron Base
Here is a mid-century chrome ashtray smokers stand. It is in overall good condition for its age. I recently purchased it at an estate auction so I do not know alot about its history. There are no markings on it other than the letter D on the cast iron base. It stands approx. 24" tall from base to the dish. The handle adds another 3" to its height. Also. It measures approx. 11" wide. The Chrome is in excellent condition but could use a good cleaning. There seems to be a bit of latex paint on it that comes off quite easily with a little bit of elbow grease. Early 1870s-80s signed on handle"HF" Harrah& Fellows foundry/manufacturer and"4" cast i ron cooking pot with lid. Unusual shape could be a bean pot. Size: 8"H to top of lid handle, 11 3/4"W end to end of handles, base of kettle is 6 1/4"H w/o lid, base of pot tapers to 6 1/4" at bottom. Lid has two cutaway slots for handles to secure lid, lid does rattle a little if shaken. Not a marriage. Bottom has gate mark. There are about 4 very small pit marks probably from original mold. Not erosion. Needs to be cleaned, good conditio n. I am not an expert and I cle an cast iron with only hot soapy water nothing stronger. Buy as is. Pan bottom is not warped. Sits flat. VERY COOL AND HEAVY CAST IRON LOBSTER CENTERPIECE IRON ART
Here you go folks. Here's an early piece of cast iron. This piece is quite large and measures a14" long and 9 1/2" wide. Marked on the bottom, but it's tough to read. I saw another one listed on ebay and it said Iron Art. They were asking $100. You will find some rust, but if desired, I'm sure it could be cleaned. This piece would make a nice addition to any collection. Thanks for looking. Have fun and good luck bidding. I used to be a full time ebayer.
