Hello. thanks for viewing this antique 1920's Art Deco 26" Bakelite necklace with barrel clasp in pristine condition. All the 122 disk-shaped beads are matte black. The 44 larger rounded disks measure one inch each in diameter(across) with 9 mid-sized disks at 3/4" diameter. And 24 smallest'button'like(thicker) disks at 3/8" each diameter. It has 15 spacers of 1/8" each. There are 4 round reddish deep brown beads separating each necklace section, matching the two major focal points in the overall design. One being the large round ball- and the other an extra large, elongated, angular wedge-shaped centerpiece(7" long) both of which have inlaid mosaic rectangles of rich dark multi-colored abalone shell. Altogether this necklace supports 134 beads. And though it's a massive piece, weighs only about 4-1/2 ... moreounces. This will ship boxed with safely secured packaging. Offered here is a 1930s vintage Westclox Dur a art deco alarm clock model 61-D clock by the Western Clock Co. of La Salle. Illinois. It is complete and all original although not working and needs a good cleaning to get it going. This clock features a heavy nickel silver case. Conve x glass and brass bezel with a classic modern art deco design and a painted and etched metal dial face. All winders and knobs on the rear are original and complete. The beveled convex glass clean and undamaged. Cosmetically the case is in great shape and the face has some paint loss at the bo ttom. It is stamped on the bottom of the case with patent information. The model number and"Made in the USA by D ura" Th ere are no m issing or broken pieces. And the springs seem to be unbroken. Measurements are 3 1/2" wide x 3 1/8" high x 2 1/8" ... moredeep including all kno bs. The face is 2 1/2" in diameter. I do not service clocks I sell. Art Deco Bavarian Chocolate Pot and Four Cups
Art Deco from Bavaria. Bronze ground color with Acorn and Leaves design. The Chocolate pot is 9" tall to the top of the lid. And has 4 cups. There is a flaw on one side of the point of the lid, but does not go to the other side. May have been in the manufacture where the ground color was not applied. Hello. Today I have up for auction a extremely beautiful ring that is marked"Sterling" and also has a symbol marked on it which I believe is Native American and also Navajo. The ring measures a little over 1 5/8 inches in length and 5/8 of an inch in width. It has an extremely beautiful piece of turquoise, a sky blue color, really beautiful and the sterling design around it reminds me of sort of an art deco type design, the ring is a size 8 by using my ring sizer, I am sure this ring could be sized. Stunning Art Deco 1920's HELGEN Rhodium filigree bracelet. I believe they call this"wedding jewelry" although I'm not sure. The only mark I can find is the H in between two triangles representing Helgen. The bracelet measures approx. 2 1/2" in diameter and about 1" wide. I assume the colored stones are glass. But again, I don't know for sure. The center stone is chipped, and should be replaced, but everything else looks great! I also assume this is Rhodium, but I base that only on what I've seen online and the lack of any other marks. The statue has a lot of decorative presence. It is all hand carved and is a statue of a black. Male, slave in chains. The artist captured real feeling in the piece. The man is blowing on a conch sea shell horn. The carving has the original finish. It is not signed. He is in very good condition with normal age related wear. He does have some water spotting mostly on the base, see photos. This was carved sometime between the 1940s to the 1960s. He could use a light cleaning and polishing to taste. Antique Art Deco Dancing Duck Silver Marcasite Brooch Pin Tophat Cane
This is not your average duck! This adorable brooch is from the Art Deco period. 1920's, perhaps 1930's. The marcasites are actually hand set rather than just glued in. There is very fine milgraining around the hat, feathers, feet and beak. His cane has a lustrous pearl, probably about 4-5mm in size and I think it could be a golf club, as well. There is excellent relief to this pin, The wing is set away from the duck's body and the cane is actually made to look like it is tucked under his wing. There is a lustrous white pearl at the end of his dancing cane. The pin is marked"Silver" on the back so we cannot be sure that it is.925 but it does tarnish so it probably is sterling or close to it. He is about 1.75" tall x about 1.5" wide. The heart pendant with lavender crystal measures 1 1/2" x 1 1/4" Chain is 18" with secure locked-bar closure. VERY LIGHT WEAR ON BACKSIDE APPLIED LAVENDER SHEEN. The paste stone in blue and white pendant measures 2 3/4" x 2 3/8" The chain is 18" and marked"sterling" with closed-C closure. The pendant is in silver pot metal. The center of the face and the small circles where the numbers are the same except for the white numbers. The base is 5" x 3-1/2" oval, the face is 4-7/8" round. The thickness of the glass is 3/8" The skyscraper hands are chrome as is the back case. The winding mechanism works freely. Winds very smothly. Clock does keep good time. The condition is superb. There are no nicks. chips or cracks to the glass. All of the mirroring is like new, with no dark spots. The chrome hands& back are pit& rust free. This is a beautiful working electric Seth Thomas 1940s Art Deco shelf or mantle clock. Nice mahogany with only a few minor nicks and scratches. Clock dings on half hour and dings the hours on double rod. Hinges on back door are good as well as hinge on front door. Glass is in good shape also.
