The bottom has a crown, then H& Co. Selb, Bavaria and The hand painters signature"Olga Heinberger" There are two numbers impressed in the mold, the sugar has 2693 and the creamer 2694. This set is part of an estate collection, I am selling that was on display in a cabinet for years, behind glass. They were never used! They are in new condition with very little wear no wider than a hairline to the gold at each point. The company originated in 1880 under the name Zeh Scherzer Co. who was the original founder. The makers mark on the underside of these pieces indicates that they were made between 1880 and 1918. Z. S. C. Bavaria Creamer. Sugar& Handled Candy Dish This vintage set is in very good condition. Candy Dish is 3-1/2" tall and 5-1/4" wide. Sugar Bowl with cover is 4" tall. Handle to handle is 6" wide. Creamer is 3-1/2" tall. Handle to spout is 5-1/2" wide. The creamer is slightly lighter in color than the other two pieces. And when the handle is on the right side(photo#10) you can see a small linear area on the widest part of the creamer where the design appears to have rubbed off- possibly from rubbing against a china cabinet, or some other object. There is some wear to the thin. Gold trim, but this set is still in wonderful condition with no cracks, chips or crazing. Be sure to view the 11 photos as they add to the written description. For sale is this sugar and creamer set from Bavaria by the Z. S. Co. Pearlescent blue(my wife claims purple) on the outside with a pearlescent orange inside and dark blue to black handles and trim. On the bottom there is a stamp for the Z. S. Co. Bavaria. They are a very light china weighing under 5 ounces each. Measurements are approximately 4 3/4 inches long by 3 3/4 inches wide by 3 3/4 inches high. I am not sure of the age of these. I just know that others I have found in my online search of this style have been claimed to be from 1916. Payment is expected within 5 days of the auctions end. Made in the Bavarian area of Germany with the"Z. S. Co. mark that was first used in 1880. The shape of this sugar bowl is Victorian and was probably made in the early 1900's. Up for auction is this antique porcelain creamer and sugar made by Heinrich& Co. Selb in Bavaria, Germany. It is hand painted with beautiful pink roses with green foliage. The handles and rims are painted in gold. The bottom has a crown, then H& Co. Selb, Bavaria and the hand painters signature"Olga Heinberger" There are two numbers impressed in the mold, the sugar has 2693 and the creamer 2694. This set is part of an estate collection, I am selling that was on display in a cabinet for years, behind glass. They were never used! They are in new condition with very little wear. The sugar bowl is 6 7/8 inches across from handle to handle and the height is 4 1/8 inches tall including the lid. The creamer is 3 inches tall and 6 inches wide.
