French China Company F.C. Co. Ohio platter floral design 14 1/2 by 11 1/4 inches
Here's a platter from the old French China Company of Ohio(1899 to 1936 or so) that measures 14 1/2 inches long by 11 1/4 inches across. It's white porcelain with an ornate urn full off flowers surrounded by a frilly leaf and floral design on each side and gold gilding. It's marked on the back with F.C. Co and the numbers 963. This turn of the previous century platter has crazing and age spots. As expected for its vintage, and some fading of the gilding but the floral designs are in good shape and there are no chips, cracks, fractures or flea bites. See photos.

Here is a lot of two stuffed toy A&W root beer bears. Which each measure about 6-1/2 inches tall. They are both in excellent condition, with no evidence of having been played with. The orange one has a tag that says copyright 1997 by A&W, and is made by Alpha Kids. Someone neatly cut the tag off the green one, but based on the logo on its shirt, it is probably a little newer than the orange one, but not by much because I've had these for many years. Vintage Bernardaud Limoges Soup bowl. Very rare- in excellent condition: no chips, stains, cracks, or crazing. This is vintage so there may be some light utensil marks. Also the rims on the backs of the plates show the most wear with occasional scuffing- no chips. We found this at an estate sale in Huntington Beach. Ca and have been unable to identify the pattern. The china has been in storage for at least 10 years and belonged to a famous editor at the now defunct Herald Examiner. I know that it is not a contemporary pattern as I have checked the Bernardaud website. I have also checked my resources of discontinued websites and can not find this pattern any where. I have now written directly to Bernardaud asking for their help in identifying these pieces. This could possibly be a special order china. You are looking at a Caprice crystal bowl with two handles and four feet. This has no cracks. There is a scratch about half a inch in the center of this bowl and it has some other fine marks from being used. There is also a ding in the bottom side like if something would have hit it like a windshield if it got hit by a stone but this is only the size of a pen head. This could have been there from the factory. This is 13 1/2 inches long and 10 inches wide. This is in the Caprice Pattern from the Cambridge Glass Company 1940-1957. Please email any questions.
