Here is a very heavy duty mid century double bench or love seat of wood. Iron and rush back. It is so comfortable to me. I believe it is by Arthur Umanoff from the mid century. The piece is heavy. The frame is iron, the seat is wooden slats and the back is rush. It has wonderful wear and patina. The measurements are about width 48" x height 29 1/2" x seat front to back 17" All measurements approximate. Shipping is free but if you pick it up I will take off $300 as long as you promise to pick it up in Bangor, ME within 3 weeks of purchase and it is paid for within a week. I need a street address to ship and not a p.o. box. Those are the only two options free shipping or you pick it up within 3 weeks. If it is shipped there is a 3 day wait from payment to shipping. From a local estate. Here is an older"Adjustrite" adjustable shop stool in decent condition. Stands about 18" tall at the lowest position, adjusts up to 27" Label under the stool gives info and instructions on how to raise and lower the chair, the mechanism works just fine. Average condition with moderate wear and paint loss, the top is worse with bubbled paint and rust but it's still solid. Vintage stool out of a local estate. Beautiful floral needle point design. Very clean with nice bright colors. Not worn and/or faded. The stool is also sturdy with no problems, lid opens to reveal a storage area. Stands 16 1/2" tall and is 12 1/2" x 12 1/2" The top fabric is green with pink flowers, and the inside has some kind of paper covering which appears to be glued to the inside. The inside covering is pealing off from normal use. Also has a brass pull handle on the front. Not sure of the purpose for this handle, just for looks. Very well made and kept throughout the years. Belonged to an estate with several antiques from the early 1900's, not exactly sure of its age as there is no makers mark or identifying marks anywhere to be seen. I have for a Buy It Now. Fresh from an Estate, 4 Ranch Oak Bar Stools made by A. Brandt in the 1950's. These are in very good original used condition. These have the original naugahyde seat covers with no damage and all the tassels. Have normal wear around the feet, some minor separations on some feet where the boards are glued. Overall these are in very good condition for there age. These are a recent Estate purchase with an entire living room suite, Bedroom suite, Table and 6 chairs and large office desk and chair.
