This is a very nice pair of carved and fluted 1890's Victorian walnut brackets or corbels. They measure 6" high x 3 3/4" deep at the top and are 1 1/2" wide. The original finish has been removed. They are in good condition with no damage or repairs. We also have some other larger brackets presently listed at auction. We will gladly combine lots whenever possible to save on shipping costs. These are two pairs of older. Iron shelf brackets that have arms that are 3 1/2" long. The ornate bracket has two mounting holes and there are two mounting holes on the shelf rests. They are 8” x 6” brackets.although one has an end of the longer length broken off so that one is 6 ½” instead of the full 8” The broken end will not affect its effectiveness to hold up a shelf.will still work very well and once up and in place. The missing end is not very noticeable. That one has old black paint.the whole one has rusted down.not pitted at all.just brown. A nice pair of heavy duty iron brackets. Each one weighs about 3.5 pounds. The wall side is about 11.25 inches long and 1 3/8 inch wide. The other leg is about 10.5 inches and 3/4 inch wide. These are old timers and do have some surface rust but that would buff off if the new owner so desires. There are no cracks. Breaks, nor anything else structurally wrong with these brackets. Large Pair of Cast Iron Victorian Shelf Brackets. Measuring 13"d x 14"h x 2"w( widest part) Each Bracket has a larger Bird in flight on the top of the scroll work, and a similar smaller Bird on the bottom. The iron is unpainted, with surface rust-which I find creates a very appealing patina. The only structural damage is to one bracket: the bottom 3/4" is missing, as well as most of the bottom hole. The remaining 2 holes used to secure the bracket to the wall, and all the holes used to secure the shelf; as well as all of the holes on the second bracket, are there and in good condition. The scroll work is not missing or damaged on either bracket. The birds and the size of these brackets make them a very unique and appealing architectural accent to your home decor.

Repairs or significant corrosion. They retain some old white paint which gives them a shabby chic look. They will be wrapped individually and have a shipping weight of 6 pounds.
