This Victorian-look. Shabby, cast iron plant hanger is really a cool-looking old piece. If you like having something totally unique-looking. As well as a"one-of-a-kind" type antique item, this listing is definitely for you! As displayed in my pictures. There is a detailed cast-iron bird perched on the frame work of the piece. I tried to capture the etched detail-work on the wings and the bird's head and beak for you in my pictures. There are two screw holes on the flat base plate. Not sure of the size screw you will need. None included with this item. The decorative. Screwed-on, attached flat bracket/base plate measures about 13" tall by ... moreabout 2 1/2" wide. This is a heavy. Sturdy piece, weighing in at about 2 pounds, so you will need to use heavy duty screws to attach it to your house, back yard fence, or other flat surface. I imagine you could also use this item as a bird feeder hook. The distance out from the flat bracket piece to the end of the curled hook shape is about 12" Arm does not swing. As cast iron outdoor antiques go. There is a bit of minor surface rust on this old piece. If this shabby. 2 Vintage Cast Iron Hooks Black French Garden Hanging Flower Plant Bracket
Cast Iron Hooks Set of 2 black cast iron hooks. Great for hanging baskets on the porch, deck, house or barn. They have quite a bit of patina and some slight surface rust in spots. I purchased the set about 20 years ago. They looked exactly the same then. I stored them and never used. The straight back bracket has a hole on both the top and bottom for a mounting screw or nail. Not included. They measure 17" long(back bracket) Hook extends 12" from the bracket on one and 13" on the other. The longer one is bent slightly different. Each one weighs 2 pounds. Up for auction is a vintage cast Owl Wall Hanger with Swivel Arm. This is in the Victorian style. But it is stamped TAIWAN on the back. The bracket is in very good vintage condition, with very light rust and a nice patina. This bracket could be used to hang a small plant. A lantern, keys by the entry door, tea towels or hand towel, etc. The owl backplate or bracket measures 4 3/4" high and is 1 3/4" across at the widest point. The hanger arm extends 4 5/8" from the backplate. The hanger is in good vintage condition with a lovely patina. Please look closely at the photos to make your own determination of condition.
