Description: Superb John Keal designed walnut coffee table. Both halves of top slide open from center to reveal a black laminate surface for dining. Top rests on walnut square bases. Designed in 1964 by John Keal for Brown-Saltman. This particular table has the date Sept. 21 1971 and the number 8207 stamped on the underside. Take off the formica, sand it down and add a little dark oak oil and you’ll have a much more valuable drafting table. I’ve seen this exact table sell online for $1.200. I’ve considered turning it into my kitchen table. But need to downsize and, of course, have no room. This is a cute little mid century side table. It stands 17.25" tall. The top is 14.25" x 14.25" The round base is 11" in diameter. The top is a shiny faux-wood or formica with a plastic edge. The base is a matte faux-wood with a painted edge. I believe the middle pole is real wood. It is in good used vintage condition. There is some scratching and scuffing to the top. There is a little chip out of the plastic edge on the one side and plastic shows some wear overall. A nice little table! Vintage Mid Century Fiberglass TV Tray Set. Eight matching Tray tables along with folding metal leg assemblies. Six are stationary. Two have wheels. Beautiful soft flower scene. 5 of the trays are near perfect with glossy finish. One has a small chip, one has what appears be a small patch of marring, and the one that has been used the most shows evidence of staining and scratches. This is a beautiful. Vintage mid century modern Cushman Colonial Creation Cobblers Bench, made in Bennington Vermont. My in-laws bought it new in the 50s. It has a metal stamp inside the drawer. Geniune Cushman Colonial Creation, made in Bennington, Vermont" On the bottom it is stamped Cushman 3-16 36 3/4" Long X 16 1/4" Widest X 18" Highest It has a lovely patina and shows normal. Gentle signs of wear and tear. Retro Vintage Mid Century Modern 1950s 1960s Dinette Table 4 Chairs Chrome
A very unique set. I have been to many auctions and have never seen a retro set quite like this. The pattern on the chairs is complex with multilayer color and silver starbursts. The table includes two leaves. With a very nice sliding extension. Both leaves have skirts on the sides, so when the table is extended, it does not look like something is missing as some tables do. There are 4 chairs. But there is plenty of room to add more chairs. Top measures 6x3 feet with the leaves in. Each leaf is 1 foot. The table is 30" tall. A beautiful set that is an attention getter. Very clean and ready to use. Check out the chrome detail on the legs. The top is very solid. No wobbles. This is a very nice and rare circa 1960's walnut kitchen cart with sculpted legs. It is very well made with brass plated casters and brass rods surrounding the lower shelf. It has mild general wear and is missing the brass rod that would have been across the front of the lower shelf. The plywood back has an electrical access hold and is unfinished on the back where some of the plywood veneer is peeling. It measures 27" wide, 17" deep and 28.5" tall. Very strong and sold.
