I normally don’t buy period furniture like this, but I was very impressed by how untouched this piece was. The overall size is 40.5 inches long, 24 inches wide when the leaves are closed, 15 inches wide on each leaf, 52 inches long when the leaves are flipped up. The finish is very nice for being 180 years old. It does show normal nicks, dings and scratches, but I believe it would rub out nicely to make a good presentation.

This is an antique Estate drop leaf ribbon mahogany side table that can convert to a sweet tea table by raising the leaves. Brown leather 3 section top with gilt tooling around the edges. Fluted legs rise to elegant lyre shaped frame on each side of the table Looking at the base construction the ribbon mahogany wood can be easily seen as well as the brass hinges. When the leaves are raised the table swivels into place and locks similar to the antique games tables. The drop leaf design allows the table to expand from 19 3/4” x 11” to a tea table 32 1/2” x 19 3/4” The table height is 21” Condition: very sturdy the leafs swivel easily into place The leather top has sustained some minor wear marks and scuffs that I have tried to show as clearly as possible in the pictures.
