Pair of vintage metal curtain/drapery tiebacks
This listing is for a pair of vintage metal curtain/drapery tiebacks in very good condition. I believe the finish is original and is a rather cream-colored paint over metal. There is some darkening of the paint so it would be my inclination to give them a quick spritz of paint. But that depends on the look you're aiming for. These measure almost 9" in length and are approx. 1-1/2" at the widest parts. Now that we've moved into a different home, the plans I had for these no longer exist so off they must go!

Vintage Metal Curtain Rings LOT of 11 Tube Style Brass Copper BARN SALVAGE
Lot of 11 metal curtain rings that we rescued from an old barn that had collapsed. Surprisingly they were spared from the fallen wood and years of elemental exposure. I have cleaned it up the very best I could however it is still not spotless. They measure from 2 inches in diameter. I am not sure if they are brass or copper. We actually dug them up from the dirt floor of the barn. They are tarnished and have varying degrees of verdigris on them. White vinegar should stop the corrosion. Two of them are damaged. One missing the eye and is dented and one missing the center tube. I don't know if these are for window curtains or a shower curtain. I have not figured out if they open or if they do how to open them. They appear to be hollow tube style and they look a little deco in design to me. Enjoy! They have a little surface ruct very minimal. They have the number 3206 presses in on the hanging shaft as I have pictured for you. This is a great set of large Drapery tie backs. Art Deco in style. Each one has all the same pieces and all appear ready for mounting. You will only need screws There are 6 in total. You can use two at a window or can have one at a window. They are Really Long so they are going to hold back tons of material. Made out of cast Aluminum. There is nothing broken or repaired. The one shows a white area near the decorative spot. This is wear some of the paint needs cleaned and touched up. The pictures make it look much bigger and worse then it is. There is tiny spots of paint missing randomly on all of them. Three are 18 in Long and do not extend any further Three are 18 in Long and will extend to 25 in Long. However I was only able to get one to pull out that far. The other two are to tight for me to pull out and perhaps someone with some strength ... morein there fingers could get them moving. They are not damaged just snug. At Widest they are all about 2-1/4 in Each has its own decorative mounting bracket. So all you need is the screw the bracket into the wall were you like it. Each bracket takes two screws. They bracket holes are 2-5/8 in on center apart. Quality made! Once you have the brackets were you want them. The rods each have a heavy square piece that slides into the round circle on the bracket. This holds the Rods in position. and you are ready to place the curtains. Simple! The rods are 18" long to the tip of the finial and extend to about 26" The decorative stylized leaf section is about 9 1/2" long by 3" high. The finials are 2 3/4" long by 1 3/4" wide. The original brackets. Screws, instructions and 25 rings(11 separate and 14 on rods) are included. The paint is in very good condition but there is some paint loss as shown in pictures. Vintage 30-50" Metal Sliding Curtain Rod w Cast Iron Center Clip Ends Brackets
This metal curtain rod with cast iron center piece and cast iron ends came from an estate auction in Vermont. The auctioneer said it was from the 1920's. The rod measures 30" long. Without the end pieces, at it's smallest and 50" long when fully extended. It comes with two brackets. The little flower on the front of each bracket twists to tighten the bracket into place. The cast iron center piece is on a clip and can be removed. The first picture shows the center piece moved to the side. There is only one center piece. This center piece measures 5 3/8" long and 2 1/8" wide. The rod has a bend on the back, see the last picture, that does not affect the rod. The rod has some wear, as do the attached pieces. The rod and brackets have subtle colors running through them. I have another rod listed just like this one.

4 Vintage metal decorative swing arm curtain rods with 3 brackets scroll arrow
Up for sale is a lot of vintage window treatment brackets and rods. I didn't know anything about them. But I was told they are early 1900's. They are unique metal pieces that were painted sort of a gold color. But most of the paint has worn off leaving a distressed look. Of course. You could paint them to match your décor also. The supports are in two pieces and therefore are adjustable. I have four supports and three brackets. They have a scroll and arrow pattern. You might repurpose them as shelf supports. With the addition of a sturdier bracket. They are about 17” long. And would expand several inches. M ost of my items are pre-owned. I try to describe them accurately and show flaws in the pictures.
