6 Vintage Restoration Hardware Coat Hooks Heavy Wire Screw In Black Paint
Please use the Supersize Feature on our pictures at the top and below the description as we consider them to be a very important part of our auctions- our photos show great detail and they are about the next best thing to"being there" This is a group of 6 vintage heavy wire screw in 2 hook coat hooks. All 6 of these hooks are in very good condition with no cracks. Breaks, or worn areas in the metal and there are no repairs. The hooks were all painted black at some point so they do show signs of natural wear and use with some paint loss, adn some have bits of other paint on them. One of the hooks needs to have the threaded screw straightened out a bit with a pair of pliers or gently force. The wire on each piece is 3/8” thick. The threaded screw in end is 7/8” long, and the large hook is 3" long and the smaller hook is 1 1/2" ... morelong. Each one measures 4” long from the tip of the threaded end to the tip of the curved hook, and they are about 3” from the bottom hook to the top side of the big hook. Nice large matching flexible lot of old wall cleat rope hook hardware for your consideration. These might have been used at some point in their lives as a clothes line hanger for drying. These have endless possibilities for work shop for drying. Hanging, spraying etc. It looks like up to a 1/4 inch rope will fit the cleat. Each cleat measures 1 5/8 x 1 3/8 inches and 1 inch ctr to ctr for set screw holes. These look like a galvanized finish with little residual rust. Mostly old paint that would clean if you wish. Large Vintage Inspired Steel Barn Door Hinges Vintage Made! Hardware Wood Old
These. Obviously, are hand made, MASSIVE hinges. They swing open 180 degrees. The pin or pintle is 1" in diameter. The vertical brackets are 4" wide x 14" Tall and 1/4" Thick! The horizontal brackets are 24" LONG AND THE ENTIRE BRACKET IS 28-1/2" LEFT TO RIGHT. The connecting bar from vertical to horizontal is a massive 1' THICK piece of plate. VINTAGE MADE and that is true. My welder is a Miller"Vintage" machine. Yes, I designed and made these and I can make more and maybe even add a little customization for you cut in the horizontal bracket w/ precision water jet cutting. This all started because I could not find massive, beefy hinges, well here they are and they are SWEET! They weight_TWENTY-ONE_ pounds, EACH! This set is ready to go, if you want more there will be a 2 week+/ wait. Mostly waiting ... morefor materials to arrive) Shipping is FREE CONUS. No paint or primer has been applied, you are looking at bare white steel. They may arrive w/ a flash coating of rust.
