Lane Heirloom Cedar Chest Style 3829-34 c1970s Large w/ Shelf Locking w/ Key
Beautiful. Heirloom cedar chest, probably dates from the 1970s. It's in excellent condition. It's made by Lane, style number 3829-34 and serial number 2275110. The base is 51" wide by 19 1/2" deep and it's 20 1/2" tall. It has a shelf that extends the full length of the lid inside for small items such as scarves, jewelry or papers. It locks and we have the key. It's marked with serial number 22275110. Also, Aroma-Tite Pressure Tested, Tested Under Air Pressure Through Lock Opening. It has four brass handles on the front that are just there for decoration. It's a simple. E legant. Classic styling. Local pickup only.

Being offered for sale is this beautiful Antique Tall Chest with Mirror and carved Paw Feet with working Key circa 1910. This tall attractive chest offers a tremendous amount of storage possibilities with classic style and elegance. This chest features floral and shell carvings. Original mirror and hardware and a working locks with the key, with the original casters intact on all four feet. This chest measures a total height from the floor to the top of the mirror of 69 1/2 inches. Height from the floor to the top of the chest measures 48 inches, chest measures 38 inches wide and 22 inches deep and weighs approximately 145 lbs. The original beveled mirror measures 27 1/2 inches wide by 17 1/2 inches in height. The original beveled mirror is in fine antique condition with only some slight cloudiness and pivots from to back to adjust viewing ... moreangle. The mirror has a carved shell crest at the top and features elegant floral carved scroll mirror supports. The chest below has 3 smaller drawers over 4 larger ones each with dove-tailed ends. Original brass pulls and working locks. Additional carvings are found on the apron and this piece is raised up on four carved paw feet with casters. We also believe this finish to be old and original with deep rich patina. Up for sale is this beautiful antique dome top steamer trunk with ornate embossed metal and a working key. It measures 32" long by 18" wide and 21" tall. The exterior of this trunk was cleaned. The wood slats sanded, stained with minwax"golden oak" then the entire trunk was sealed with spar urethane. The interior lining was removed then the wood was sanded and stained with minwax"golden oak" as well. This trunk shows some wear from age and has some minor flaws i.e. one of the hinges is broke(does not effect the stability, very functional) overall the trunk is in very good condition. Measuring 36ins(92cms) wide x 20ins(51cms) deep x 14ins(35cms) high, it is a traditional steamer type trunk having protective bands on the edges and corners and twin catches at the front, with a central lock and clasp, and a carrying handle at either end. It is finished in a blue colour with an attractive patina to it. The catches work well and there is the original key for the central lock.
