There are no chips or cracks. This is perfectly useable and hangable and has a look that is very versatile; use it as-is or add something to it(antique hat hooks perhaps) There are two screw eyes and a chain attached to the back for hanging, but I'm not sure if the chain is strong enough to hold up the mirror and would consider upgrading to a heavy wire. The outer dimensions of the frame are 29 1/2" W x 19 1/2" H, and the mirror measures 24" W x 14" H. I will pack it very well, double box it, and insure it during shipping.

This is a old metal vintage steamer trunk that opens from the side. Not sure about the age. It's in pretty good condition for its age. The top is wooden. Antique CHILD'S DOLL STEAMER TRUNK Metal Over Wood, 3 Wooden Drawers & Hangers
This is a wonderful antique streamer truck/chest for doll's clothes. A toy most girls had to have at the turn of the 20th century. I'm not sure how old the trunk is. It is made of thin metal over wood and the metal reacts to a magnet. The trunk has a center key lock(non working) and 2 metal clasp brass colored steel(magnetic) All 4 corners have the same brass colored metal with tacks. There is a black metal band along the center edge with grommets or tacks. A leather strap embossed with the number 22 allows for easy carrying by an adult as the trunk weighs 16 pounds when empty. The handle is sturdy but has light surface cracks. In its upright position. The trunk opens to a wooden interior with 3 stacked drawers and a side for hanging the clothes. It does come with the 7 original wooden hangers(one is missing from the picture) The ... moredrawers can be removed and are stack-able within the trunk space. Slight loss of the blue paint on the edges of the right side. The trunk measures 22" tall x 12" x 12" There is a blank metal tag on the top near the handle. Refinished antique wooden steamer trunk circa late 1890’s. Early 1900’s with original hardware. This has a wonderful flat top surface, perfect use for a table or at the bottom of a bed. Plus it is nice and roomy, excellent for extra storage. The inside has been stripped of the original paper. Brass colored hardware and front lock, no key. Original handles in tact, which is rare as most broke off over time. The wood has been finished in a nice warm medium pine color with a not to shiny, not to dull, just right finish. The metal hardware has not been repainted, only cleaned. I like to leave the hardware in its found state. Rear hinges are in working order and original inside hardware holds lid up perfectly. There is a stress crack on the top, normal for antiques trunks as they were packed and then stacked for traveling. The bottom shows some ... morewear. This is a Gorgeous Antique Wooden Chest that was most probably used a Silverware Chest- Box or Jewelry Chest. Very elaborate. The lightly padded silk lining is handpainted with Daisies with a corded trim surround in light blue and ivory. The silk that surrounds the flowers is a gathered ivory. The interior is a gathered pale blue silk lining The recessed handles on the chest are nickel plated brass. The woods of the box are fabulous- Mahogany and Burl. There are two pull out drawers. I don't know what these were previously lined with. They are currently lined with burgandy loose velvet pieces. The box- chest has a key which(when closed) can be locked. The lock does work. An old original fab steamer chest with lots of metal banding and end cap brackets. It is a original steamer chest from circa 1900's and would have been used on the ships of old Metal handles at each side. Front locks and clasps there is no longer any key for the middle lock long gone. Four hardwood slats on top with one at the front and back also. It is approx. half the height of the standard ones. So would be great for any room in the house to make a great look and not take up to much space. The chest has a nice shiny bri wax finish. It has been around for a hundred years and will come with wear and tear as you would expect which all adds character to these items, But is still a strong fab little chest. The trunk bears the maker's mark(badge) on top over the lock: Henry Likly& Co. Makers. Rochester, NY, Established 1844, Trade Mark This is a Flat Top trunk. Which makes it particularly good for use as a coffee table. This is an older restoration and all the original hardware and materials are still there. The refinish is not perfect and still maintains much of the same appearance it did as when Henry Likly first delivered the trunk. It has been in a home that used it everyday and never left in storage not being used. This trunk originally came with Leather Straps. Fragments of which still remain. This trunk has Wooden(oak) Slats. Refinished and stained. The ... morelock is open and appears to be functional. But we don't have the key. The exterior surface of the trunk is fabric over wooden construction. The fabric is intact with a few rips or scuffs. The fabric has been sealed to stay bonded to the wood. The corners and some of the edges are metal bound. The metal has been recoated and looks great with the pings and dings from being around a 100 plus years. The leather handles on the ends are now gone. New leather is needed there. Inside. The fabric covering is intact and in decent condition. The interior has zero smell and not mildewed. An old original Victorian blanket box. As its well over a hundred years old. It will have marks, old wood worm holes, small bows and splits but I think it all adds charm. The box was fully treated for woodworm to be safe and secure from any little beasties several weeks ago Inside has the original fish tail hinges and it still has its lock and upper keep in the lid but the key is long gone lost over time The chest has a nice shiny bri wax finish. Its a early example made from pine not heavy very light to lift. Unlike later examples. One side has trim on the edge the other does not see pictures. Could be used as a coffee table or look fab in a room for the old world look. H Hoskins and Co marked wooden trunk and/or box. This is a really remarkable piece and I haven't been able to find any other trunks like this one. This trunk has a few markings on the interior of the box(please see pictures) But it looks like it was from Wm. H. Hoskins and Co, which was a stationary company from the late 1800's into the early 1900's in Philadelphia. The box also has a"Penn. R. marking, which makes me think this might have been used on the railroads, but this is just my own speculation. The box measures 37"L x 16"W x 14"H. L.R. WEBSTER is stenciled on top There are a couple of labels tacked to the top and front which are no longer legible. There are also a couple of Railway Express Agency labels(remnants only) attached to the sides. One is fragmenting(bits might fall off before you receive it) Nice heavy handles on the sides and a padlock hasp to secure the lid. The remains of casters are on the bottom(the plates are all that remain) So this item was probably used as a portable chest in the past. The interior is painted with a cream colored paint. Which is chipping as shown. I left the exterior finish un-polished. When you look closely you can see water stains and other marks of character. You can certainly apply a polish like Old English.
