Take a look at the photos. It has all sorts of burl accent panels, rosette buttons all over the place and the base has big bold heavy legs with button accents and burl trim up and down. The legs are joined together with a center turn finial and end in porcelain wheels. There are few flecks here and there and a couple of buttons missing here and there on the trim. The white and gray grain marble has a reverse curve corner with skirted matching base and an ogee bevel edge. The overall size is 31 inches long, 24 inches deep and 30 inches high overall. There are no serious repairs needed on this heavy duty high quality table.

Oak Dining Set, Heavily Carved, European French Country-china/sideboard/table
First off. We are not furniture dealers. This beautiful antique dining room set has graced our home for over 20 years. Time goes by and we are downsizing, so it's important to us that this set end up with someone who will appreciate its beauty and respect its workmanship as much as we do. We bought this set as a favor to a friend. We do not know how old it is or where it was manufactured. Dealers selling similar pieces on Ebay have used the description Vintage French Country. What we do know is that each piece is very well built. It's all tongue and groove. The only hardware in the whole set are the hinges. Handles and lock mechanisms on the sideboard and the china, and those are all solid brass. We also have two very decorative brass keys that fit all the locks. This set is solid oak with a medium finish. The parquet tops on the ... moresideboard and the dining room table are solid. Not veneer. The set is heavily carved. Each piece has gorgeous detail. The legs of each piece are curved with carved detail. Pictures do not do this set justice. It is large. Bold and just gorgeous. The flaws mentioned are mostly hardly noticeable. We mention the bumps and bruises so that somebody is not expecting a flawless set, however we highly encourage personal inspection of these items to see exactly for yourself. These items are in generally good condition with wear and tear consistent with its age. Recently while selling an antique coffee table we had, a gentleman that has been in the business, mention that this set was probably made between the 1930's and 1950. Fantastic table with carved dragon on top surface and additional'air' symbols on legs and lower tier. Measures 20.5" at widest point and 28" high. Age. Type of wood, and country of origin uncertain, but the dragon appears Chinese in style to me and I estimate 75+ years old. Antique Asian Style Teak Marble Top Fern Stand/Plant Vase Stand - Heavily Carved
Beautifully Carved 4 Legged Fern Stand with Round Marble Top. The plant stand. Also known as a fern stand, is made of teak finished in a dark wood stand. There are 4 long cabriole style legs that are heavily carved and secured together near the bottom by intersecting supports. The legs and intersecting supports are carved in a stacked/overlapping acanthus leaf design. The supports finished with a carved rosette at the intersecting point. Near the top between the 4 legs are a web of carved designs. The designs depict a weaving of leaves and vines. Framed on the bottom by a uniquely shaped carved piece of wood, on the sides by the legs, and on the top by a rounded piece of wood. The carvings below the circular top are quite exquisite. There is some wear to this very old piece at this part. There are some cracks in the wood along some of the ... morecarved portions and the connecting point to the round top piece(pictured) The round top is encased by a similar overlapping garland type acanthus leaf carving that forms the rim; this wood encasing comprised of 4 adjoined pieces. S ectional banded top. Three large dovetailed drawers. Particu larly noteworthy is that the carv ings on the legs wr ap all the way around the legs. Even in areas that would not be visible. Condition: Fair to good antique condition. There is a portion of carving missing from the left rear leg. As well as a piece missing from the back of the front left leg(which we do have and can be repaired) some missing veneer and molding from the front left corner, and each of the drawers is missing one pull. There are also several minor ... moredings and veneer issues here and there, and some wear to the top in the form of light scratches, bubbling to the veneer, and a discolored spot in the back of the central panel. The piece does need some restoration to achieve its former glory, but it is still quite beautiful.
