Each drawer is constructed with dovetailed joints and features two swan neck brass drop pulls. The flame mahogany has a rich color that will only improve with age. The unique serpentine front shape makes this chest a little more interesting. Its small size allows this chest to be used not only ... moreas a bedside chest but also as a side table or lamp table. This chest is in very good condition and has sustained only one area of damage on the front top right corner(see pictures) The drawers open and close smoothly and the chest is quite sturdy. But the locker can be repair and I think the handle too but I am not a specialist and I am not sure for the handle.
