Vintage Hand Carved Painted Wood Bent Man Table Base
For sale I have a vintage piece of hand carved hand painted wood furniture. It is a table base in the shape of a bent man who would hold the glass up with his neck. It is missing the glass piece. Cosmetically it is in good condition with some light scratches and minor wear. There are some natural cracks in the wood on the bottom but no chips or cracks elsewhere. It is signed on the bottom but I can't make out the signature. It measures about 22 x 13 x 19 inches and is very heavy. I do not want to ship it because it is bulky and heavy. Vintage Antique Wood End Table- Great Refinishing Project- no reserve! Vintage/ Antique Wood End Table. I don't know much about this table. I thought it would make a good refinishing project. But I don't think I'm ever going to get around to working on it. It's solid and the wood is in good condition. The only thing that's missing is part of the edging used around the top. For sale I have a beautiful vintage carved wood mirror 5 drawer dresser combo with a marble top. The detail in the craftsmanship is very detailed. The marble top has several cracks but overall the piece is still in fairly good condition. A very nice antique piece of furniture. It measures about 78 inches tall counting the mirror and is about 45 1/2 x 21 inches wide. It is too big and heavy for me to ship anywhere so is being offered for local pickup only in the 80110 zip code. I am selling a beautiful mahogany(what we think is mahogany) tilt-top table that has been in my family for many years. I am not sure of it's exact age. Or if it is an original or reproduction. It is well-made, no cracks or nicks, nor signs of previous repairs. There are signs of normal wear and tear in the finish, which I have tried to show in the pictures. It has an amazing in-laid wood design, and is very structurally sound. It measures 24.75 inches in diameter and 41 inches tall. Payment is due within 24 hours of auction close. This listing is for a lovely medium dark fine grained wood(possibly mahogany or cherry) two tier dumbwaiter tea table with six lobed semi-piecrust(simple, ... moreelegant edging) and a graceful tripod pedestal with metal paw& claw foot caps on the ends of the legs. This table measures about 30 1/2 inches in height, with the lower tier having an approximate diameter of about 20 inches and the upper tier having an approximate diameter of about 14 inches. The center support is a graduated turned spiral. There are three thin vertical cracks to wood in the upper part of the center support, however the support is intact. Upper tier moves slightly, screws may need tightened. Three small dull spots to finish on upper tier. Shallow scattered dings and streaks. This is a Vintage Wood ROUND TOP TABLE. The table top tilts and rotates. The top is about 33 1/4 inches in diameter. Overall height of the table with the top level is about 28 1/2 inches. It has a three leg pedestal base with birdcage on top. The top was refinished at some point in the past. It has wear and scratches and can use a refinishing again. This may be a good time to refresh the whole table. The hinge that releases and retains the top functions properly. This is an auction for a RARE beautiful antique Sewing Table with cast iron hinges and a paper label indicating it was made by the EUREKA PORTABLE TABLE CO. pat. 1873. There is also a stamp in the wood"Pat Aug 26. 1873" see photo. The label is mostly there and has things like"Agents Wanted" St. Louis and Chicago mentioned. It has instructions as to how to open and close the table. This table has very unique and rare cast iron hinges that lock into place when the table is open. There is a 36" ruler incorporated on the table. The table measures 40" x 21" and stands a little over 24" high. There appears to be repairs on each corner of the table underneath at the legs. I have attached a photo of one of the corners. I guess that's not unusual for a table that is about 140 years old. The legs are spindle ... morestyle. I'm not sure of the wood- I can't see the grain well because it probably has been refinished. But I believe it is either cherry or maple. I'm selling a very old and unique folding table. Appears to be from the early 1900's. Really a great old primitive camp table. It's in very strong sturdy condition. The table top oak boards are each hinged in several places so that it can fold up and hold the leg section. The top when opened has a swinging cross bar that locks into the other side to hold all boards flat and stable. The leg sections are all hinged and pull open and closed. When opened the table top locks into the bottom legs making a very sturdy table. They definitely don't make them like this anymore. Antique Pyrography Wood Burning Table Stand Folk Art Vintage Unique pyrography plant stand/ table with pyrography design on all visible surfaces of the wood. Very sturdy. Grape and leaf design on the table top. Table top is 12" x 12" Stands 16" tall The bottom tier of the table has a small area of wood fill. I am not sure if this is original to the table or not. Please look carefully at all pictures. Photos 8-10 show some variation as to how the leg joints to the table top appear. Two joints appear like photo 8. Vintage TOLEDO UHL Machine Age Industrial Typewriter, Task, Table,t w/Wood Top
Here is a nice Old Vintage UHL TOLEDO Table! Industrial heavy duty construction with wood top! Measures approx 22 1/2"L x 19 1/2"W X 26"H and very heavy! Has a working lever underneath which raises the wheels so the tables weight is on the steel ball feet for stability. When you wish to move the reverse happens by moving the lever. Is in very good condition with no major issues. Scratches. Some rust here and there, mostly around the steel ball feet, but nothing out of the ordinary. Wood surface has some discoloration(see pic) like an outline where something may have rested on it for a long time. There are a couple of machined holes on wood surace as well that may have been to adhere a shelf or something to at one time. Real good little table that can be used in a myriad of ways!
