Designed in 1964 by John Keal for Brown-Saltman. This particular table has the date Sept. 21 1971 and the number 8207 stamped on the underside. Danish Teak Table Edvard Kindt-Larsen France & Son Retro Vintage Mid Century
A solid teak side table by Tove& Edvard Kindt-Larsen for legendary manufacturer. France& Søn. Along with the Kindt-Larsen's, many of the premier Danish designers eventually designed pieces for France& Søn including Finn Juhl, Peter Hvidt, Ole Wanscher and Arne Vodder. This table is part of series of lounge tables that were constructed entirely from solid teak. The tabletop is constructed from laminated planks of teak with a very stylish curved lip that runs down each side. This curve is carried through to the support underneath that holds teak slats which forms the shelf. We love how the shelf slats follow the curve upwards to prevent magazines, books or other objects from falling off. The teak has a wonderful patina that is only developed form years of use. It is in excellent original condition, fully adjustable top with almost no wear on top surface, it has been painted white. Hagerstown Maryland is a pleasant drive from Washington DC& Virginia. We're just 20 miles from Frederick Maryland. Hagerstown also borders Pennsylvania& West Virginia. For your consideration is this quality vintage 1940’s-50’s End Table. It’s designed in a Frank Lloyd Wright Style. There are 2 sets of numbers etched into the underside of the table(see photos) It also has a lower shelf. This piece is in very good vintage condition being approx 50-60 or so years old and is structurally sound and sturdy. It is free of breaks or repairs with only normal age appropriate signs of use including some rubs. Dings, wear, and surface scratches as pictured but nothing I find to be out of the ordinary and is commensurate with use of vintage furniture. This auction is for a vintage Rway Mid Century streamline dining table with Art Deco lines. The table measure 98" with the leaves in place and 62" with them removed. There are 4. 9" leaves. It is 42" wide and 31" high. Note the paper tag attached to the bottom. The tag indicates the table was made in Sheboygan Wisconsin. The table is equipped with a Perfection slide. Mid Century 1950's Curverd Maple Wood & Yellow Formica Double Tiered Side Table
This is the cutiest little mid century side table! It has a yellow. With bits of gray, formica table tops. The rest of the table is wood and looks to be maple. It is flat and squared on two sides and the other sides are rounded in that wonderful 1950's style. There is a space of 9" between the bottom part of the table and the top. The bottom table measures 15 1/2" wide and is 20 5/8" long. The top level measures 13 1/4" wide and 13 1/4" long. This little table stands just 20" tall. It is in excellent condition and very stable.
