Size: Back Height 28 1/4" Seat Height 16" Depth to the Wall ... more32" Width at widest 32" Condition: Perfect refinished condition. BETTER THAN NEW. I had these chairs professionally stripped. Sanded, oiled and original Perrili seat webbing has been replaced. Structurally perfect, original. The chair on the right has a wood flaw on the arm(see picture) which does not diminish the chair at all in my opinion. Description: Set of two(2) Vintage Mid Century Modern Danish style lounge chairs. These chairs are extraordinary. The original finish on these chairs was a toned lacquer(lacquer with a colored toner for a consistent appearance) a little dull. But uniform. I opted to strip the finish off of the chairs and finish with a dark Danish oil which turned out magnificent. The wood has an incredible grain. The structural components are sassafras and the main visual components are Elm or Ash. The chairs are gorgeous. Please note: SANS CUSHIONS! The set being auctioned has no cushions! The set with the cushions shown in the pictures below is an identical set I sold a couple months ago. That set was not refinished and you can see the difference between the two and what the chairs look like with cushions. Full disclosure- quality cushions are going to run you some cash maybe $500-$800. But they can be whatever you want and the end result will be absolute perfection. Vintage 3 piece Kent Coffey Joulon French Provincial Dresser Bed Set 1950-60's!
Vintage 3 piece Kent Coffey Joulon French Provincial Dresser Bed Set 1950-60's You are looking at a very beautiful and well built 3 piece set by Kent Coffey. This is a French Provincial set made by Kent Coffey. And is believed to be late 50's to 60's. It is very intricate as you can see in its craftsmanship. Two of the pieces are very large in nature, and have sustained a little wear over the years. By the age of these pieces they are in great shape. A few cosmetic touch ups could be needed, but as you see you get the Long which as you can see accomodates 12 Drawers. The top drawer does bear the Kent Coffey mark in it as well, on both pieces. It is very intricate as well as ornate with a nice light Ivory through beige and gold color tones. The pictures you see are of the exact one. On the rear of the itmes it is listed Golden ... moreCherry Bisque, and from inquiry about this particular item, is a rarer set by him. This particular dresser and chest as well as the bed, I have not found any other of these. The second item is a larger tall chest which has four larger drawers in the base. The top drawer of that does have the classic luxury separator design in it. The top folds open to reveal the two larger pull out drawers. The front doors on this have this beautiful crosswire design on it. These two items do have some moving scuffs on them hear and there, but nothing major, or that some touch up wouldn't take care of. The shear architectural carpentry of these items are something to behold. To top it off, it comes with a beautiful bed frame that accomodates a Full size bed measuring 54"x75" The bed is functional and has these additional wood supports so will support nicely. The exteriror of the side pieces doe show where screws have been put through to sturdy up the rails. This is an excellent collection of these pieces. As you can see from the pictures there are some scuffs, and a nice cleaning would help as well. These items are only available for pickup, as the bigger items are extremely heavy,

VINTAGE 1950's Madmen 8-Drawer Dresser - Good and Sturdy
This is a stunning piece of craftsmanship. It is a beautifully designed and crafted vintage 1950's dresser. It has the most amazing style and drawer detail. It has 8 drawers. The top two left and right have 4 dividers for 5 compartments. Perfect for ties, socks, and the like. Then the next 2 drawers are narrow without partitions, then the 3rd level of drawers has one partition, so it has one divided compartment. Drawers are dovetailed and solid wood. I don't think the fronts are veneer. I'm 98% sure this is oak. It's super heavy and sturdy. Dimensions are 58" wide, 20" deep, 34" high. It has beautiful angles for the feet. The right side of the dresser might need to be glued. The panels are separating due to the cold storage it was in. I bought this at an estate sale and think once it gets into a normal room ... moretemperature it would be fine and wood will swell back, especially if a bit of wood glue were added. It doesn't affect the functionality of this piece. The top has pictures of what condition it is in, it's not flawless like the front of the drawers. New York 1950 maple dresser chest of drawers 4 feet high 2 feet 8 inches wide 1 foot 6 inches deep in 1962 Kling Factories sold the company to Ethan Allen archivists and researchers of KLING Furniture and Information 1911-1962 My grandparents got this dresser for my dad in western Pennsylvania in 1950. My dad painted it cherry red for our family in Oregon in the 1970s. My friend Janet and her husband and friends helped me refinish the dresser at her house in California in the early 1990s. Janet taught me how to use jasco paint remover. Fine sand paper, with a clear coat to show off the wood. The cherry red paint had protected the dresser for years and you may find a few red speckles inside the drawers.
