Up for auction are two very similar vintage antique architectural wall mounted brass double hook recently found at auction in the suburban Philadelphia. PA area. It has a large primary hook with a smaller hook underneath. This can be screwed into a wall and has two mounting holes. It is heavy duty with ball finials. Hardware screws are not included. One of the hooks has old"crusty" paint. Please see the photos for details. This hook measures approximately 1 5/8" x 4" in size. It measures approximately 3 1/2" from the wall. Architectural salvage vintage metal bracket. Large. Ornate and made from cast iron. It is rusty and chippy, you can still see some of the original paint in some spots. Gorgeous floral design. This piece was rescued from a house that was demolished and no longer exist. It is 22" long and 11 1/2" high and still has a hole on one end to be able to mount. Heavy and sturdy! This is a wall mounted planter(I believe as it has a"bowl" It is Victorian Style as the mount is very fancy and is figural. The mount is cast metal. The bowl may be made of copper covered by brass(the inside finish is damaged as you can see in the photo and it looks like there is copper underneath the brass) The bowl measures about 9 1/2" in diameter and the mount is 9" long.

vintage cast iron green painted antique 8" coat tack hook, architectural salvage
This is a large 8" x 5" old green painted cast iron coat. Barn, tack or cabin hook. The longest arm would extend from a wall 8" and the hook is 5" tall. The base is 3 3/4" long and 1 3/4" wide with four bore holes. It came from an old Wisconsin fishing/hunting camp that was reconstructed. It has ball ends that are 3/4" in diameter. A very nice piece of yesteryear. The green paint is old and somewhat chipped and there is some minor surface rust. It is in good vintage/antique condition. Antique Vintage Architectural Painted Bracket Hardware Fence Remnant
Up for auction is a vintage antique wrought iron metal bracket. Fencing or building architectural remnant recently found at auction in the Lancaster County, PA area. Made of metal, it does attract a magnet and is found in good used condition, albeit a bit rusty. One side has decent black paint, the other side has white paint. I cannot find any makers marks or numbers. This piece has a nice pieced decorative appearance. There is some losses of paint throughout, as seen in the photos. Please see the photos for details. There are two parts, both swivel on the attached base. Overall, it measures approximately 22 7/8" x 10 1/2" x 1/2" in size. One end has a chamfered appearance while the other terminates to a point. 4 Brass Brackets Hooks Ornate Steampunk Vintage Antique Architectural Hardware
This is a set of super cool looking brackets or hooks. I haven't figured out exactly what they are! To me they look like something that came from a train in the old days.or an old fancy hotel? Notice the great ornate details of flowers and swirls. These look like brackets but when placed against the wall the shelf isn't flat.it is tilted. So maybe these were used on a wall with an angle. Or maybe they are hooks to be attached to a shelf.but the parts that curve up like hooks have holes in them as if to attache with screws to a wall. If anyone has any ideas or knowledge of these. Please let me know and I will post it for all to see! Each of the 4 pieces measures about 8" from hook to hook; and the flat area where a shelf might go is about 2 1/2" with 2 holes for screws. Up for your consideration are six vintage coat and hat hooks. Right out of a Boston school that was being demoed. Very different style hook that hung from a wooden pole. Please look at all the pictures to see how they were installed. They measure 5 1/2" long. The double hooks are 2 1/2" wide. The piece of wood that the hooks were on measures about 1 1/4" thick. The piece of wood is only to show how the hooks were mounted. The wood is not part of the sale. Only the hooks Hooks are made of iron and have a great vintage patina on them.
