Antique Art Deco Vintage Old Curtain Rods Adjust Swing Arm Towel Rack Extending
I know these are old. But I do not know how old. I do know they are a charming piece of history, and I'd like them to go to a good home. They are intended for curtains. But I've seen similar rods hung as towel racks in bathrooms, magazine racks(one magazine one each) to hang children's artwork, and more. Get creative! Not extended. Each arm measures almost 14 inches. It seems they we're painted from golden to white. So they have a great shabby chic, antiqued look to them. I don't know if they're missing any parts; what you see in the pics is what you get: 2 rods. I'm pretty sure you can find brackets to attach them to the wall at any home improvement store. Vtg / Antique 2 White Milk Glass Towel Rods Bars 17.5" by 3/8" & 7/16" Flat Ends
Nice matched pair of white solid milk glass towel rods. Believed to be old; maybe antique. Actual origin is unknown. One is thicker than the other. But both are the same solid white color, and 17 + a half inch length; flattened on both ends. The thicker one is 7/16ths inch thick, while the thinner one is 3/8ths inch thick. Perhaps one is for bath towels, and the other for hand towels? These are in excellent condition. No chips. Cracks, or flaws. There are no brackets. Included is one toilet roll paper holder(bar is missing) One tub soap dish and washcloth older, 2 sets of towel holders in perfect condition, and one set of towel holders with repairs(close up of the repairs in pic.very unnoticable) Included are 3 square, original, chromed bars. This is a wonderful early-mid century vintage hand painted. Hand carved towel/herb solid wood drying rack. It has a rooster and a tree painted on the front of the plaque. There are three knobbed rods that fold up into the rack and then stick out for drying and knobs are painted blue to match the rooster tail. The finish is very good and the entire rack is in clean, solid condition with no chips, nicks, flakes or cracks found. Colors are fairly true in the pics, may be a bit brighter than in actuality. Vintage Set of 2 Brass Towel Rod's and 1 Toilet paper holder. Very beautiful. Heavy set with a leaf design on the holder's bases. It's a muted design but still adds great texture and detail, very classy! Both Towel Holders are in excellent shape, with a beautiful shiny patina. The rod on the Toilet Paper holder is a little less shiny than the towel rod's, but the bases are just as nice. And with a roll on you won't notice that anyway. All of the round bases are in excellent condition and have great shine and texture, they are all marked on their backs with A6120. It'll be hard to find a vintage set this nice in this great of shape. You won't be disappointed with this set.
