WITH SOME CHIPPING/PEELING. WHERE THE PAINT IS OFF YOU CAN SEE THAT IT WAS GREY. I AM NOT SURE OF THE MATERIAL THAT IT IS MADE OF. THERE IS WEIGHT TO IT AN IT COULD BE CAST OR SOME TYPE OF METAL/STEEL. 15" ALONG THE TOP AND 12" DOWN. ONE SIDE READS: C.A. BLESSNG. PAT. FED, 24. 80 THE OTHER SIDE READS: 2 X A?NOT SURE OF THIS LETTER) AND 2.0 THIS PIECE HAS ONLY BEEN LIGHTLY WIPED DOWN. SINCE THE PAINT IS PEALING I DID NOT ANY MORE TO COME OFF. Vintage Cast Iron Decorative Corner Bracket Chicken& Leaves. This lot features a lovely vintage cast iron shelf or corner bracket. The decoration is of a brightly painted proud rooster amid some lovely green leaves. All hand painted. No makers marks. Measures 9 5/8" tall. Projects out 8" There are some white paint remnants. Otherwise a very nice bracket. Sells as is without reserve.
