This auction is for a lot of five antique brass and steel furniture handles. The part that mounts to the drawer measures about 1 1/2" in diameter and most of the rings measure about 1 1/2" as well. Two are a little smaller and measure two different sizes. The brass has paint on it. But they are in good condition with no bends or cracks. Low minimum bid!

Up for your consideration we have 2 antique casted solid brass drawer handles. These were salvaged off of a beautiful antique secretary that was beyond repair. We think it was either from the late 1800's or very early 1900's. They measure 3 3/4" by 2 1/2" top to bottom of bale) with a 3" mount. They have a very graceful filigree pattern. I know some people desire the original patina. But these were not very pretty the way they were. After buffing the first one with a wire brush, I was amazed to find they were solid brass. The second and last 2 pictures show you the comparison. They are just so beautiful cleaned up and I don't feel like they have that new brass look that you find today.
