MEYERING ANTIQUE STEAMER TRUNK! This auction is for a beautiful Meyering. Antique Steam Wardrobe Trunk. I do not have a key for it- it came to me as seen in the photo and without a key. I know absolutely nothing about restoring a this gorgeous piece. I wish I did. I cannot answer much about it except the physical aspects. I was told by the individual that I got it from that it is from the 1800s. From my minimal research. That seems to be accurate and consistent. It comes with 5 hangers- only one is original- the others were made afterward- when and how old the others are. I don't know, but can tell you 4 of the 5 are not original. Trunk Dimensions are 24" wide x 22.5" depth x 42" height. 1800's ANTIQUE STAGECOACH RAILROAD STEAMER TRUNK CHEST
Up for consideration is a nice size Stagecoach antique trunk that has been restored. It has been cleaned well inside and out. The wood has been lightly sanded then sealed with a satin finish. It os all original exccept for the handles were replaced with new leather ones. The inside was recovered so no musty smells. It does have some minor dings and stress cracks. But this only adds to the characture of this 150 year old trunk. It would be Great for a blanket chest. The measurements are; 30" long x 17" wide x 18" tall. Vintage Railroad Strong Box- Coffee Table. This is a vintage railroad strong box with heavy duty rivets on the outside as seen in the photo. There is a hasp on the front so that you could lock the box. It comes with a large lock with no key that is not in the photos. There is no manufacturer name on this box. It is very. Very heavy. There are some spots of rust and some holes showing through due to age as seen in the photo. There are two compartments on the inside. It has been repurposed on the top to make it a coffee table. The table top could be removed to bring it back. The size is approximately 48" long x 24" wide x 20 1/2" tall. The wood top does have some scratching.

A vintage Hartmann wardrobe trunk with a classic Deco interior. It is in good condition overall. And the interior is in excellent, clean condition. It is equipped with a velvet cushion lid, four nice hangers on chrome rails, and a beautiful chest of four drawers with classic Art Deco handles. The canvas suit and shoe covers look perfect. And both snap properly. The exterior shows a few scratches and stains commensurate with age. Nothing major. All of the metal corners, reinforced edges, and hinges are in good shape with no damage. The lock has been removed but the hinge is intact. This measures 23 inches by 23 inches by 41 inches. The height is 4 feet with the lid up.
