Up for consideration is a fine Oak Arts Crafts 4 stack barristers or stacking bookcase. The bookcase stands 50 1/2 inches tall by 34 inches wide. Each Stack is labelled with a paper label to the interior. Each Section is stacked on the other and they are different dimensions. The bottom section being 15 inches tall the two center sections being 13 inches tall and the top one being 11 inches. The depth is 11 inches deep and the overall depth at the feet is 12 1/2 inches. The bookcase has a patent date on the door sliding mechanism of 1908. The finish is excellent. It is original dark brown varnish with extra clean interior coloration. Please note that the pictures dont capture the great coloration often associated with high quality Arts& Crafts oak furniture. Additionally this set includes the"D Export" Base and Top. Shelves can be stacked in any order. They maintain original Globe-Wernicke paper labels. Some interior scratches on side wall of one shelf.
