Antique Leaded Stained glass Window Sash/ Bulls Eye Glass Arts and Crafts
For your consideration we are so very pleased to make available one Antique Art glass transom stained glass window sash. Contained within its original painted wood sash the piece is Very old with much age related wear quite typical of stained glass window from this period and although seemingly done in an abstract style. Not at all typical of the time it was created but none the less quite reminiscent of a John Kaldor piece. The colors contained within are multiple and remind one of fall harvest or the like. Golds, Greens, Browns, Blues etc. see photos) all highlighted with 9 round bulls eye glass charms all giving the window a very unique colorful one of a kind appearance. The windows condition is very typical of time worn windows from this period. The glass has some sagging and approximately six panes have cracked all most likely arising ... morefrom the windows having been glazed over for energy efficiency while still part of the home it was salvaged from, as this was originally used as an architectural design element incorporated in finer homes and made very popular by The Tiffany studios. Measures approximately 34" by 13.50" and is being sold as a salvaged Antique decorative item for restoration or re-purpose.
