Antique Purple Square Initial T P Stained Glass Window Arts & Crafts Mission Era
This antique purple stained glass and clear glass window or door panel has the initials TP overlapping one another in the center panel. I'm not a stained glass window expert so I can't tell if the initials were molded or etched into that glass panel. The entire panel. Including the metal housing, measures 8 3/4 inches by 8 3/4 inches square and is 1/8th of an inch in thickness on the metal area from front to back. This panel is in excellent condition. I could only find one small scratch on the glass that you have to look for to find as it's not readily noticeable to the naked eye. The leaded stained glass portion measures about 1 foot 5 inches high and 3 feet 6 inches wide. The window is in good condition for it's age with some wear from age and use and some broken glass pieces. I would date the window to be about 75 +/ years old. Vintage Arts & Crafts Craftsman Bungalow Mission Era Stained Glass Window Door
For your consideration is this set of three vintage Arts and Crafts style leaded glass panels. Two of the panels have all glass intact and one panel has four sections broken. The four that are broken are of 1/8" clear flat glass which should be fairly easy to replace. All window panels are tight in their frames. The oak frames are well built and measures 1 1/6" thick x 18" wide x 38 3/4" tall. The frames have scratches and nicks. But nothing that detracts. All three have original pull handles and hinges, hinges are incomplete. Please review the photos as they are a part of the description. Overall they are in very nice condition with any issues noted.
